However your comments on Sukhumvit are in my opinion somewhat off the mark. It's true that while both Terminal 21 and the new Sofitel hotel have removed vendors from the space in front of their properties the rest of the stretch from 3 to 21 remains the same. The only recent development of note are the men in brown who target tourists lighting up who because there is nowhere to discard it throw the butt on the ground. They are then led back to the "table" and hustled out of up to 2000 baht for littering.
