The first pic should be the Sagami 002 but it says "non natural latex condom". I hope this is a mistranslation for non natural latex (polyisoprene) is as crappy as latex.
The 2nd pic is Okamoto 003. Am I right in remembering that it is only 0.0002 thicker than the Sagami 0.002 which is in fact 0.0028 thick, the rounding down to 0.002 being commercially clever but arithmetically wrong?

The Thai says "This condom does not contain any natural latex rubber". This means it contains something else probably synthetic. The Thai phrase does not attempt to say what it is, only what it does not contain. Some girls claim to be allergic to latex.
I use these Okamota 003's because I can buy them easily in 7 Eleven and because the feel is superior to me to others I tried, including Sagamis. Sagami condoms go on wrinkled and are not really stretchy (non latex). This I don't like. Okamotos are latex and stretch well, which they need to since they are slightly too small. Using the right technique I can get them on easily, firm fit, with no bubbles hopefully, but okay Because the stretch force is not severe. I always put them on myself rather than have the girl struggle with it and cause the harm on to go down.
With any latex condom, lube is needed for any fucking beyond a quickie. Girl natural lube does not last and not enough for latex. I like very slippery myself, as it feels more normal. It becomes hard to get your gut bacteria back into good shape. You need to starve the bad bacteria from sugars and eat a very high fibre diet to promote the right types. Your gut bacteria may never return to normal. Fast weight gain occurs and is hard to lose it again.
Probiotics may have benefits but studies show they are rather doubtful. Might depend greatly on the type. Keffir might be a lot better than Yogourt drinks. I am not an expert here. However wise to be sceptical.

It is better not to take long term antibiotics. Don't destroy your gut bacteria balance if possible.
Taking antibiotics with a cold or flu may be a bad idea. Was a bad idea I tried to treat pimples with long term anti-biotics. Changed me from skinny to able to gain weight easily. The correct way would have been to have a healthy diet low in sugar and starches, drink water.
I have some spare antibiotics in case of catching an STD or similar, but I really don't want to use it.
My personal bias is to a low sugar low starch high fibre diet. I never worry about fat content of foods. Not a vegetarian but don't overdo meat intake. Low meat is greatly assisting weight loss too. It is easy to see weight gains when sugar and simple starch intake goes up.
If you have serious weight problems, it could be your gut bacteria population is imbalanced and feeding the wrong bacteria with sugars, beer, and starchy foods like bread, potatoes, rice, pasta etc. Research the internet to find the latest theories. Government dietary advice has been bad for so long. No need to believe them at all, even their latest updates are likely to include myths. [/QUOTE]Do you have studies to show how much more effective a so called "anti-bacterial" soap is over an ordinary soap? I suspect marketing hype may exaggerate it. If you consult Gynaecologists, I believe they advise girls that vaginas are not meant to receive soap at all. Mucks up the bodies natural balance, and high pH may not be good promoting fungal infections such as thrush. Hence they do make special wash lotions for vaginas. A good wash after sex is essential especially the hands as well which have collected bacteria.
As for surveys re STDs, one problem is many people may be lairs, and some famous researchers had to be discredited, since the fantasized average American's sex life was much better than reality.
Perhaps it is possible to isolate some subjects that received BBBJ and did DATY but never did BBFS, and find in these cases an much lower rate of HIV. Perhaps some guys never took a BBBJ as well. Ingesting a girl's blood does not result in the transmission of HIV.
Direct entry to the bloodstream can occur for example if you have an open wound on your dick (caused by a herpes blister for example), or via needle sharing.
If DATY resulted in HIV transmission then most of the entire adult age human population would probably be HIV positive by now. Don't you think?

I got an appointment with a doctor but had to pay a 1000 baht deposit first.
After describing my illness (inflammed penile urethra that made peeeing extremely painful, plus a small clear yellowish discharge from the tip), the doctor directed me to have a uriine test. I had to deliver only 30 ML to a small container. The results were to take only one hour.
The uriine test was inconclusive for STD's but did show high Leucocytes (white blood cells) indicating that they were fighting an infection.
So the doctor then wanted to test the penile discharge for possible gonorrhea so I smeared my dick on two small glass plates. The results became available after two hours but did not manage to pick up an indication of gonorrhea, which the doctor said could be due to the initial injection that I had at a clinic 3 days earlier.
She concluded that I probably have a gonococcal infection (but unproven), and prescribed a 7 day course of Doxycycline antibiotics. 2 x 100 MG per day.
Plus she prescribed Ibuprofen 400 MG, 3 times daily as an anti-inflammatory, plus Paracetamol 500 gm, 2 tabs every 6 hours for pain relief.
All up the cost for everything (consultations, uriine test, medications) was 892 baht (about $30 usd). Extremely reasonable.
The doctor's name was Dr Petcharat Sae-wong, a fairly young female who spoke good English and seemed to know what she was doing.
I will see how things progress, but overall I think it is best to avoid clinics where they don't test you, and go to a hospital instead.

You need to visit a specialist that's used to this kind of problem. A specialist can easily tell you what you have when you visit him / her. She is general practicioner or specialist? Antibiotics can affect the test, that's why you are asked to have a test before taking the treatment.

The only times I have gotten a "scare" about possibly getting a STI due to experiencing the same symptoms you described was after getting an overly aggressive blowjob or engaging in prolonged, also overly aggressive fucking, especially if the girl is an enthusiastic rider in cowgirl position and just can't seem to get enough of it.
