Out of all the sauna in Macau, Rio is probably the best, then "18", IMO. I was at Rio Spa two weeks ago and had lots fun, the service was not bad either. However, it is quite expensive, especially if you are into those taller "model" girls like me. I went to the Sauna 18 yesterday and had the fuck of my life. Here is my field report.
Advance buy the “package” at the Shun Tak Building. There are half a dozen or so sauna dealers on the same floor as the ferry entrance and from what I can tell, they all sell the same packages at the same price. Most of them speak English.
I paid $1,540 for the Sauna 18 full service package, which includes round trip economy ferry ticket, traditional massage (with a thorough dick washing), full service fuck, free non-alcoholic beverages, cigarettes, and unlimited use of the sauna facilities. The ferry ticket is worth roughly $300, so the price of the sauna package is really $1,200.
The Sauna 18 is located in the Golden Dragon hotel, which is pretty close to the Sands casino. There is a free Golden Dragon shuttle bus from the ferry terminal, but they took so fucking long that I jumped on a Sands shuttle and walked to the Golden Dragon across the street.
Sauna 18 is on the 6th floor of the hotel and is clearly marked so you won’t have any trouble finding it. Once you arrive, you present the coupon sold to you by the Shun Tak vendor. You are then escorted to a changing area and given secure locker with a key to store your belongings. I think it is quite safe, but I wouldn’t bring any valuables or more money than necessary just to be safe.
Once you strip down, you are given nothing but a towel and escorted to a washing station. You can sit in this huge hot tub and wait for your turn to get scrubbed. There are lots of naked guys lounging around, but don’t be shy ---- you’re all there for the same thing.
A young cutie will grab you and sit you down in sort of a gynecology chair and scrub you like you’ve never been washed: back, front, shoulders, hair, arms, your ass crack, and your pecker. I found it extremely relaxing and loved the special washing attention paid to my pecker. If all wives gave their husbands this sort of treatment once a month or so, the divorce rate in the U.S. would fall to 0%.
After you are washed, the cutie will walk you to a dressing area where you are given a pair of silky shorts and short kimono-style shirt. They are quite comfortable. Once dressed, you will be taken the lounge area, which is where you can relax in a comfortable chair, watch TV, read dirty magazines, enjoy free non-alcoholic drinks, surf the internet, and smoke free cigs. For a fee, you can also get another massage, pedicure, manicures, or order food from a menu. The food was average and reasonably prices.
Every 30 minutes, some loud disco music starts playing and all the girls come out for viewing. Just follow everybody else to the tuna fish show. A lineup of roughly 40-50 girls will come out for you to view. Don’t be shy --- walk up and down the line and find the hottie that you want to fuck. They all wear different color tags to identify what country they are from along with a number. Once you select the girl you want to drill, tell once of the several attendants which one you want.
I’d say about 75% were Chinese and the rest where Thai, Vietnamese, Filipino, and just 2 Russian girls. I’d say more than half of the girls were very beautiful, so the problem was deciding which one to fuck. I was extremely impressed.
You then go back to the lounge area and wait for the manager or one of the white-shirted attendants to come get you. I had to wait about 10-15 minutes, but I didn’t mind. I smoked another cig, surfed the internet, and started dreaming about the juicy pussy I was about to pound into the mattress.
You’re taken downstairs to the fuck rooms, where your pussy is waiting. These rooms are small, have a queen size bed and a large shower room with a massage table.

This place was just as previous posters described. Buy the package deal in kowloon I believe on the 3rd floor of the ferry building. Anyway arrived in Macau by hydrofoil. 18 sauna is on the 6th floor. Change in the locker room to a silk robe. Shower and head out to lounge area where ladies offer a list of services. now, taking nothing away from the great information i've received on this forum, i realized that for a person who had never been there, or didn't know where it was located, or was a total newbie at this type of thing, it might be a little confusing going on the information in the forums.
in fact, i ran into a few things at the sauna that i hadn't read about here on the forums. perhaps i'm just an idiot, or perhaps i need everything spelled out for me, but i thought i would take my experience at the sauna (i ended up staying there for around 14 hours) and write up a total walk-through of the 18 sauna experience. such that, even someone like me would have a complete picture of what it is like to go there.
so, without further ado, here is my 18 sauna walk-through.

stage 0: preparing for your trip
there are a couple things you might want to do before heading off to 18 sauna.
1. if you are in hong kong, i definitely recommend purchasing the package deal from one of the 3rd floor vendors at the shun tak center (just outside the entrance and exit for the macau ferry). tickets run around $1,500.00 hkd and include roundtrip turbojet tickets, one massage service, and one of the ameneties (more on those later).
2. from wherever you start, you should be sure to plan your trip schedule accordingly.

stage 1: arriving in macau
the 18 sauna is located on the 6th floor of the golden dragon hotel and casino (or "casino golden dragon" as it is sometimes referred) so it's best to head there.
from the zhuhai border crossing or macau airport, after you leave the building follow the signs to the taxi stand and give them this information:

if worse comes to worse and your taxi driver doesn't know where that is, first, smack him upside the head, and then just have him take you to the macau ferry terminal (chinese: "港澳碼頭" ("gong2 ou3 maa5 tau4") / portugese: "terminal marítimo")
from the macau ferry terminal you have three options:
1) take a taxi (give them the information posted above)
2) take the shuttle bus. there is a golden dragon hotel shuttle that leaves the ferry terminal at semi-regular intervals. i haven't taken it so don't have the specifics on that.
3. walk.
from the ferry terminal the golden dragon is actually visible to the south west (see macau_1.jpg and macau_2.jpg). you can follow the path i've drawn out (see macau_3_path.jpg) which is pretty simple. here are the directions:
from the 2nd floor of the terminal (go up the escalators when you come out of customs) go out the main doors and head left along the bridge walk-way. keep following it until it takes you across the main street. then walk 3 blocks down to rua de malaca and take a right up 1 and a half blocks. the casino will be on your left side. (see macau_3_hotel.jpg)
now that you're outside the casino, let's deal with you getting inside.

stage 2: getting in
as you approach the casino, you will see on the north-east corner that there is a small stand outside with the chinese characters for "18" ("十八") on one of them (see macau_4_18stand.jpg). i'm not sure what the purpose of this person is, since i just walked straight in, but they probably are there to guide you inside and make sure you don't get lost during the 20 foot walk from there to the elevator.
once you have gone inside the hotel lobby you will see a bank of elevators (see macau_4_elevators.jpg). you will also see a small sign for the sauna to the right of them. enter any of the elevators there and push the button for the 6th floor.
get out of the elevator on the 6th floor and turn right towards the front desk. try not to look too eager.

stage 3: how to work the sauna
before i give you the specifics of how to navigate sauna 18, i wanted to give you a general lay of the land. please see the attached map i whipped up (not to scale, of course) of the floor plan inside the sauna. (see macau_5_blueprint.jpg)
on the map you will see three color coded areas. green, orange and blue.
green: locker room -- this is the first place you enter and the last place you leave.
orange: sauna, showers and girl line up -- this is where you wash up, soak and see the girls line up.
blue: lounge area and food services -- this is where you watch tv, get a "real" massage, eat free food, etc.
i've numbered the steps for the sauna experience (as it would be done by your average person) so you can follow along with the numbers on the blueprint image with my descriptions below:

1. front desk
as you exit the elevators you see a few couches in front of you. take a right and you will see the frong desk. if you purchased your package deal from the shun tak center travel agents then show them your ticket now. if not, that's okay too. they will have someone lead you over to the second area ...
with the next area they have girls there to help you wash up and take care of you until you put your "pajama" type things on, but sometimes they're busy and sometimes they aren't. it's luck of the draw but you'll have to tip them at the end of it. they're not super hot, but it's kinda nice having a girl closeby to help you lather up the goods. if you don't want them to help you then just say no thanks.

2. locker room
there are 6 small alcoves, each with top and bottom lockers and a small sitting bench in the middle. your tag-along guy will help you put your things in a locker. the lockers are fairly safe requiring both your own magnetic key and the attendant's magnetic key to open it. they will slip this magnetic key around your wrist. the number of your locker is also your identification number / billing number throughout the whole visit so keep it handy whenever you have any service performed.

notes about the orange (sauna) area ...
the shoes go below the lockers, but all your clothes and things can go inside. i usually also keep my cell phone with me. if you have something of value that you don't want to go in there you can keep it with you, but it's up to you. they will give you a towel and confirm with you that the locker is locked. and now you're naked with a towel wrapped around your waist and some uncomfortable plastic slippers on your feet.
there is also a chance that they will be in the middle of a line-up of sauna girls when you walk into the sauna area. if so, you can jump to #8 or #9 to get the skinny on what is up with that. you can pick your girl now, or just wait until you're ready. it's up to you -- there is no rush.

3. small locker
the first thing i would do is put your cell phone / watch / etc. in the small personal lockers that are available just to the right of the showers. put them in the box, lock it and take the key and wrap it around your wrist. now you can wash yourself without worrying that your pda is going to short out.

4. showers
the showers are fairly easy to understand. put your towel on the hook on the outside, wash yourself up. there is shampoo / liquid soap in each shower stall. if yours doesn't have one just use another stall or ask an attendant or one of the sauna helper girls for help. after you have showered, towel off and check out the next area ...

5. groin washing area
i only saw someone else get this service, but there are a row of chairs along one side, each with their own sink and washing supplies. one of the helper girls can help you, and actually that's sort of the best part of it. they'll wash and soap your bait and tackle until it's squeaky clean and feeling good. you know she did a good job when you stand up and have a raging hard on.

6. robe chaning area
before you go here you can opt for the steam room, soak in the hot tubs or get one of the wet massages. i didn't partake of those myself, but they seem fairly simple to understand. steam room -- walk in and experience the steam. hot tub -- walk in and soak in the hot tub. wet massages -- not sure, but hopefully they come with a happy ending.
the robe changing area is where a girl will help you put on some shorts and a robe. she will also randomly stroke your member as if by accident, but it's mainly a way to entice you to leave her a bigger tip.
behind you there are some sinks and toiletries if you want to make yourself presentable. then the girl will ask you to sign a slip of paper with your name, locker number and a tip amount. if they didn't really help you with anything you can leave them something small. if they washed your groin and make you smile then go ahead and tip them a bit more. i tipped the girl $30, but they didn't help me with anything except changing. you can tip $50 - $100 if you think they did a good job. but now it's time to go to the lounge area...

7. lounge area
how you're in man's paradise (not to be confused with "man's heaven" which is downstairs with the woman you will soon have sex with). as you can see on the map there are 5 areas with chairs, each facing some wide screen tv's. there is a small area immediately on your right next to the stairs which have 4 or 5 computers, all connected to the internet. on your left you see a desk recessed into the wall. that will be explained later (#10 below) as will the stairs (see #11 below).
you can sit down in the chair of your choice and relax. a person brings you a warm towel to drape on your legs and someone else will ask you if you want something to eat or drink. past the chairs you can see an area where they have tables to eat at. there are also two computers there, one on the right and one on the left. in the back on the right is a big theater room where you can watch a movie in the dark and get a foot massage (or possibly more).
first i will talk about the people working there, then i will discuss the ammeneties and other opportunities this area provides.
you basically have 5 levels of employees in this area:
1. management - they wear suits so they're pretty easy to figure out. ask them if you have questions about the bill, specific girls' availability or if there is some major problem.
2. assistants - they wear black outfits (as of this writing) and will get you food, bring over someone to give you a massage and generally are at your beck and call while you are enjoying your stay.
3. male attendants - they usually do the foot massage / toe-nail clipping service for you. in general you don't want them to do much else since they're guys.
4. female attendants - they're somewhat older women and not the kind you'd want to sleep with, but they provide thigh massages (which is another term for dick massage) and can also do the foot massages.
5. hot female attendants - they're younger, hotter girls and they can do ear cleaning (which i love), arm / shoulder massages and pedicures.
most of all those people are also local macaunese too.
oh, and i almost forgot .. there are also some waitress type of people over in the sit-down eating area, but they basically just bring you food or drinks.
now, about the ammeneties. there are menus there between the chairs (small red book) which lay out the prices, but i managed to snap a crappy, blurry photo so you can sort of see what it looks like (see macau_5_menu.jpg). the majority of services are $111 for each 20 - 25 minute increment. this includes foot massage, ear cleaning, toe and nail cleaning, and pedicures. if you want the thigh massage or the back massage you pay a bit more ($136) and there are some others there too but it's hard to see in that image.
if you bought the ticket from shun tak center in hong kong, it includes one of these services so it might be worth trying one out. personally the thigh massage was nice, but it'll just get you majorly horny.
for food, you can pretty much order anything on the menu for free with the exception of the "cooked" items. fried noodles, fried rice, in various combinations (4 items on the menu) are $10 each. that's still pretty cheap. drinks are free too, but if i recall they don't serve alcohol. probably a smart move on their part.
in the back of the menu are the prices for different girls from the line-up. they also have upgrade pricing, but the whole thing was rather confusing to me so you might want to ask one of the managers for clarification. i did, but it was still confusing to me.
i also took a few pictures so you can get an idea of what it looks like. from the blueprint you can see the angles of the photos. the first one (macau_5_a.jpg) was taken from a massage chair. you can see a man getting a foot massage across from me. the second one (macau_5_b.jpg) was taken from the table sitting area.
after a while you will see some attendants going around telling you that it's "show time". if you missed them telling you that you'll soon hear the techno music. the "show" is basically in two parts which i will describe in the next area ...

8. dancing girls
if you stand here, next to the entrance to the showers and look up above the steam rooms you will see a small balcony. the first part of the "show" is them bringing out 4 or 5 girls and having them "dance" (a term i use somewhat loosely here) to some techno beat while they slowly take off their bikinis. as they take off each clothing item you're supposed to clap. the purpose of this show is to get you interested in seeing even more naked females so after those girls stop dancing and leave you will see a whole line-up of women show up. for this, i usually like to walk over to the area near #9 ...

9. line up
from here you can see girls stretched out on either side, which are indicated by the pink coloring on the blueprint map. each girl has a colored tag with a number on it. each of these things has a specific meaning ...
colors: each color represents a different ethnicity / nationality. from my understanding it is as follows:
red: china
blue: vietnam
yellow: mongolia
green: russia
thai = ????
japanese = ????
korean = ????
i didn't catch the colors for the thai, japanese or korean girls, but hopefully someone here knows it by heart already. ;-)
numbers: each number also represents something about the girl, but i was a little fuzzy on this one. 600's seem to be vietnamese, 700's are mongolians, 300's and below are chinese, but really the numbers represent the pricing structure. as i said before, there is a menu in the #7 area with pricing, but it still confused me. when in doubt, ask one of the attendants for help.
speaking of which, when you've made your selection, give the number to one of the attendants there. they will put a small tag on your locker wrist band and then have the girl step out of the line-up and get ready downstairs. at first this was confusing to me -- i wasn't sure if i was supposed to follow her or not. but you don't need to. just go back to #7 if you like, or you can head straight to #10. personally i like to do a bit of #7 to give the girl time to relax and myself as well.

when you're ready to partake of your selection present your locker number and small tag to the desk located across from the stairs. they will lead you down to the #11 area.

11. massage rooms
down here is where all the fun happens. the standard walk-through is as follows ...
1. an attendant leads you to a room which has a bed, a tv and a shower room with a massage table on it.
2. after a while the girl will walk in and you both undress. she will have you go to the shower room and lie face-down on the table.
3. she does a wash of your body and rubs herself on you too.
4. she flips you over for another wash, rubs herself on you, and then does some bbbj. feel free to feel her up, because by now you're pretty ready for sex.
5. she will stand you up, rince you off and tell you to take a towel and dry off and wait for her in the bed room area. you go lie down and wait while she finishes washing up and dries off herself.
6. she will then start to work on you. your mileage will vary, of course. some are real gfe and some aren't, but it's all sort of luck of the draw. usually they'll do some light massage, a cbj followed by the 3 standard positions.
7. after you're done go wash up. sometimes they'll help you, sometimes they won't. it's luck of the draw again. then you dry-off, change and she escorts you back to the stairs.
and that is pretty much the whole experience. from this point you can go back to #7 (lounge area) head to #4 or #5 (wash up) or pretty much do whatever. i stayed there over night which was nice. i pretty much just fell asleep in one of the lounge chairs, woke up around 10 a.m. the next morning, showered and took off.
speaking of which, here is the general exit strategy for when you're done and all dried up ...

stage 4: leaving
after you've showered (#4 above) and gotten changed back into your clothes (#2 above), you can use their combs, shaving equipment, etc. to get all prettied up for your trip out. as you leave the first thing you'll have to do is settle your bill. go to the front desk (#1) and look over your bill. it's an itemized account of what services you got, but it's in chinese so you might want someone to explain it in more detail if it doesn't look like the number you've been calculating in your head.
what i usually do is tally my services on my phone's memo pad and then just make sure the numbers match up.
if you find that you didn't bring enough cash with you, you can pay with credit card. if you don't have a credit card and need to use your atm then you can ask them to have one of the attendants accompany you to a nearby bank.
the closest bank that i found took non-macau atm cards (i have a hk one) was a bit of a hike away. but i've marked it on the original walking map (macau_3_path.jpg) so go there, get out some money, and come back. they're pretty understanding so you shouldn't have any problems.

There are many reviews about the Supreme Sauna inside the Hotel Fortuna, myself including a few. Dig deep into the thread. Some like the place, others don't. It's midrange in price with good service. I love the place myself, will be going back and go often. Other members have different opinions.

I don't think you can officially do that, but I know people who have exchanged phone numbers with the girls and met up with them outside for clubbing, etc. So it's certainly possible, but I'm pretty sure the Sauna itself would pretty much frown on it, since it's a much more controlled environment there and less chance of problems. That's just my guess though. If in-Sauna prices are so high, I can't imagine what the take-home rates would be.

The prices vary depending on the type of girl and ethnicity. "model" category girls are quite pricey (over $1000), even with an upgrade. After your first girl you can add additional girls for a reduced rate, but it depends on which type of girl. I think Chinese are the lowest rates, with upgrades only being a few hundred. But the base rate for your first massage is still going to be around $1000, regardless. 18 Sauna is not for the cheap-of-heart.

But you mentioned later that the girls tags also represented some sort of pricing. So which level of girl is "included" and what is the surcharge for a more expensive girl?
Is there a solo fee for service with a girl other than the "included" fee? What I mean is this, If you pay the $1500, you get a girl, but can you hang around and get a second girl later for $XXX?
2) Do you (or anyone else) have any information on hours, or what the selection is like at different times. I'm thinking about coming across during the day from HK and spending the day in Macau, and going back in the evening. So I would be there in the day time. Is there still a good selection?

1) I think the tags and menu pricing are for those who didn't purchase the pre-pay thing. I had the same question about "which type of girl is my pre-pay-ticket good for? " but I didn't bother to ask. I wish I had the answer though.come to think of it, my whole run-down is sort of missing the whole payment schedule information. I'll be more diligent the next time around. Sorry about that.
I actually did end up with a second girl. I hung out there. Got some food. Watched a movie on the TV and then opted for another run. I got a vietnamese girl the second time and based on my crappy calculations I think I paid the "upgrade" fee which was in the menu. (again, I don't have the information handy.) But, I think the best bet is to ask the manager people if you have any questions about pricing.
2) They're pretty much open 24 hours. I think they do the line-ups until around 6 or 7 a. M. When I left at 10: 30 a.m. There were no line-ups and only a few people there, still sleeping in the chairs. Actually, they had the janitorial staff going through the whole sauna area, washing everything down. My guess is they take the 3 or 4 hours of the day when there aren't many customers to hose the place down and clean it for the next day. The action probably starts up again around noon. So, my guess is that from 7 a. M. To noon there aren't any line-ups, but that doesn't mean they might not have girls available. For the most part it's a 24/7 sort of establishment.
