They feel less secure when taken far from their place of employment. All round, taking Mactan girls, when staying in Cebu City, is not appealing to the Punter or the girls. Not forgetting, that was only one relatively brief visit, predominantly Western man in attendance. 3 Koreans, about 7/10 others. Next time it might be predominantly Korean. Girls were of a respectable level yes, with 2 or 3 up to Arena standards, that too can change on a follow up trip. And it was a Sunday night, if I remember right, means could be better on the key night, Friday night. Next time I will enter White Castle, regardless of story by Security, and see what is going on inside the place.

My first trip to Cebu was a success, I was mainly going to do the DIA thing and visit a few bars. I went to the main Mango Ave bars the first night. They were pretty tame. I spent most of my time with DIA chicks. I got propositioned twice by girls in Ayala Mall but I did not partake. I had two successes from DIA, both straight into it and happy with 200 taxi money home. On the whole, I think I prefer straight Pay for Play, so much effort. Took the best of my DIA girls to Panglao Island for a few days on Alona beach. I don't think I will return to either Cebu or Panglao Island. Cebu was pretty ugly in my opinion, maybe I did not get to the nice places. I liked Ayala mall. I honestly liked Manila better, they have Manila bay and its nice to walk along the bay in the morning.

DIA girls are very hit and miss. Some girls I thought would show didn't.

I stayed three nights at the Crown Regency Towers. There is a Girlie bar next to it, it was called Mavericks, I think it is now called Shooters. I really enjoyed it. I went 3 times, first time was Sunday night. Ordered a drink and they gave me two, I'm like sweet! Didn't buy anyone a drink, one chick had her cans out which was nice. Actually I bought the waitress a drink, she was fun. Now that I think about it I did buy one of the girls a drink as well. They were pretty desperate to be bar fined, but again I was meeting a DIA chick.

I went to J Ave a couple of times, the first night I concluded there were no pros in the club and headed out. Outside I was walking past the "Beat" Cafe and the waiter says," you want a beer, you want a girl?" I asked him how much for both, I don't remember how much for either, pretty sure 2500, but again I was too drunk to avail myself of the opportunity. I did have a beer and several of the girls approached me, there was respectable talent there.

I was going to meet one of my DIA girls at the Beat and on the way I saw an attractive girl with a nice tattoo. I said to her "nice tattoo," and she said something. I continued on along mango and just before the Beat cafe the girl is next to me, I am like sweet so I ask her if she wants a drink, and we go to the Beat. So I ask her to show me her tattoo, and she says, what tattoo, I don't have a tattoo. I ask her to turn around and sure enough, no tattoo. So she was just a random SW, I am going to meet my girl in 5 minutes and so I tell her that she needs to go. She says "you can be late," I gave her 100 and moved her on. My DIA girl later told me that she was very uncomfortable meeting at the Beat because it is a well know pimping station.

I found the Junquera Basket ball courts. Surprisingly there is a basketball court there. No action however. I went there twice. Plenty of pimps offering to get you a girl, but no ladies walking about. I sat in the basketball court drinking a couple of beers and the place is full of kids and families, I was talking to an old lady (who also offered to get me girls) and she said the area had been cleaned up. Cheep place to drink though. 35 peco a beer. Red horse is so strong, it knocked me sideways.

I walked up and down Colon St, got propositioned once, didn't ask how much. All the DIA girls warned me about Colon St thieves. Never felt safe there but noone tried to rob me, or touch me.

A lot gong on, but didn't see anything I liked so I headed to the bars. Had the intention of bar hopping, but never made it past the second one, Sisters, where I found something to my liking. I agree, the bars there for the most part are much more laid back compared to AC or even to certain degree Subic; I think it depends sometimes on the crowd. As a side note, it looked like the two that were raided and shut down during my last visit in Oct were re-opened. I'll stop in the next time I'm in the area and report back.

Me thinks some girls jut say yes to be polite and because it's not in their nature to say no. A few others didn't have load on their phone. If they were really hot and we had exchanged a few messages with them expressing what appeared to be a genuine interest in meeting, then I always made sure to get what cell carrier they used. I'd text them and if no reply within a reasonable amount of time then I'd send a 30-50p load. That usually worked, but if it didn't then, oh well, time to move on to the next one; not like there's a shortage of willing girls here.

There are at least 3 different ways in, the least scariest is to enter from Dionisio Jakosalem Street, Cebu City, Central Visayas, Philippines via a lane halfway between Pantaleon del Rosario Street and A. Bonifacio Street and head in the direction of Junquera.

I found it by a pimp leading me down a lane off P. Cui Street, where the road turns right to go to Junquera, turn left and go down the ally for 100 meters then turn right down an alley which leads onto the BB court.

The scariest is to enter from Junquera and go through a building that is some sort of a Mayoral public building. You go to the right and there is a passage through the building with *hundreds and hundreds* of people who I guess are squatting there.

Don't take your phone, don't take your wallet, the pimps were quoting 1000 Pecos (which I did not try to negotioate) , so if you take 1200 you will have a blast. The pimp was trying to take me to the Dionisio Jakosalem Street entrance for the girls, but I just stopped on the BB courts and bought a drink, they have little hole in the wall shops in the public building. There are lots of kids, lots of mummies. None who showed the slightest interest in me. I went back in the day time and there was still no action. I was there pretty early at night, before 8:00pm so YMMV if you go later.

erik the red: medium sized, good mix of girls, about 25 to 30, local drinks: 80p (poured heavy, had a rum and coke. 3 parts rum & 1 part coke) , ld's: was told 250p, but the guy next me was charged 150p (happy hour pricing?) , take out: 3, 700 (last oct i was quoted less, i think 3k, so don't know if the price increased or girl was just trying to get a little extra; also given direct to the girl and meet up outside). light pressure for ld's.

Cebu is nowhere near "in your face" as AC, but there's plenty of action here; you just have to work at it a little more and be a little better prepared. The novelty of AC has pretty much worn off for me, not to say I won't go back again, but only for short visits. As many here already know I stay in the Phils for a couple of months each visit so I have the time to pursue other venues and I don't need to rely on bars for entertainment; but in Cebu they are a good backup for those inevitable "Murphy's Law" days when all of your best laid plans go to shit and you're still horny as hell.

As for the barfines here, yeah they tend to be a bit higher then the average in AC (which I would say is about 2K for the non so-called "spotlight" girls) , but then again there's only a handful of bars and IMHO their pricing is not too out of line. Also, many of the bar girls here will meet up privately, IMO even more so then in AC as they are less likely to get busted by the bar. But frankly, you don't even need to step foot into a bar here to find a girl. It was only on my last visit back in October that I first went into the bars here, I've used various dating sites with great success as well as mall meet ups on my prior visits. From there I was, and still am, frequently able to meet a girls friends, cousins, etc; now I'm at the point I rarely even log onto sites like DIA anymore as I have already built up a decent sized contact list of dependable girls. But then again, I don't need a new conquest or different girl every day; I'm more then happy to repeat with girls I like and add new ones to the list when I have the time or am so inclined.

Hooking up in Cebu requires a bit of work, but I like the challenge, I enjoy the hunt (though sometimes the conquest can be anti-climatic as there are starfishes here too, LOL) and I like the varied looks of the girls here. IMHO for guys coming here for just a week or so a multi-pronged approach is best. Arrange meet ups with dating site girls for morning, late morning or mid-day (whenever possible as some may have day jobs) , if it works, then you have all afternoon or even perhaps all night as well to enjoy them. If she's a no show or a dog, then you can pursue other contacts as you still have time. Early evening you can try your hand at the mall girls (I'd say Ayala is the best) , nothing there to your liking, then head to the bars or Mango square for FL action. Even if you had an early day or afternoon tryst you can still meet another dating site girl or head to the bars / Mango square.

As always YMMV, but I prefer the laid back approach in Cebu and so far this trip a day hasn't gone by that I haven't been without a girl since I landed (even with me dumping the gf on day day 3; I won't go into the reasons here) ; although I may a take a day off soon to recoup, LOL. In addition, I've made a few friends here, both foreigners and locals, so it's good to hang with them and catch up. Cebu isn't for everyone, as some past reports indicate, but it works for me and many others who've visited. When you leave the Quest like your going towards Ayala Mall just stay on the Quest side of the street and (to the right) walk down 2 blocks, it is definitely worth a visit, many ladies there. I got the number of a beauty but did not pursue because my new buds wanted to hang at Mango Sq (adjacent to Juliana's).

This was my first time sitting outdoors drinking brews and watching the FLs working the tables. It was fun and I ended up w / 2 MILFs for 1000p each but I got smashed on SML. The MILFs did a good job.

There are some good women in these bars but they're not the drop dead lookers, they were my plan B.

I love Cebu for many reasons but next time it's on in Manila. I will be there in May and will work the babes in Manila for the first time. I am reading the forum now to get a feel for Manila action. It all sounds very good for hunting the lookers.

Oh....and for me AC is void of lookers, a lot of cute 6's but very few stunners are to be found in AC. mo
