It is not quiet on Sundays. It is quiet Semana Santa and Xmas to New Years completely.

If you are in Managua for any reason, you must go by Club Hollywood and see the most stunning and beautiful creature in all of Nicaragua. She is a dancer named Ashanty and not only is she strikingly beautiful, but she is sweet, fun, and a total pleasure to be with. She is a black Caribbean from Bluefields, tall and thin, maybe 5'6", 95 lbs, the most incredible chocolate body with beautiful tits. The problem being that a private non-sex dance at Hollwood is US$88, an hour in private is US$200 and all night is over $300. Plus you pay to get in and pay US$14 for 1/4 bottle of rum worth $1. A sucker's paradise, as are Vale Todo (both of them), Red palace, Solid Gold , Elite and Club Diamond. There is no reason to go to strip clubs unless you know the system and get phone numbers for daytime action.

Exceptions being the somewhat cheaper Cueto Club, Venus and the top floor of Aqui Polanco.

I just got back yesterday from a week in MGA including one day at the Barcelo Montelimar resort in Pochomil.

In Managua, The MP's are still OK to arrange clandestine meetings - I met a tall thin, very cute girl, 3 hours C$400, or $22.

managua update:

visited bellamary's again in ciudad jardin barrio, my favourite to poke fun at as they try to skin gringos - with a new driver i told him to pretend i was just a passenger to see what they'd charge and also if they'd offer him a cut. so we went in, 5 odd looking girls, one with a head shaped more or less like a football, and they said us$50. so i walked out - they panic and tell luis to get me and tell me us$30 (c$515 - or higher by at least c$115 than the highest place in managua, save for glorias).

he asked hey, if i come back alone what's it cost - they said us$20 (c$340) . less, but still too much. avoid unless you like football shaped heads and to overpay, by being robbed.

still recommended - buen gusto especially on thursdays when it is c$150 and as they have clean nice rooms with fans each with private bath. and morena on the by-pass for c$400, clean, well run, ac rooms with showers, and cute girls (at times they are very cute, some quite big a few with bluefields english).

claudia #1 and #2 were closed when i visited on sunday and since i am seeing a girl full time there it wasn't easy sneaking out to see these places or try them out. lorena's quality has suffered a bit as two girls defected to buen gusto - for less money so that should tell you how much they like lorenas.

montelimar resort by barcelo in pochomil, 63 km outside managua, is a great one day choice if you have a girl - for currently us$130 a couple off season- call them direct (in the book) or use a managua travel agent to get this rate as it is us$176 online, on the worst web site on earth to try to book.

i won a jackpot on one slot in the little casino on my last 3 credits in the machine. many machines don't work at all. note the jackpot is c$1199 on 2 coins not a lot but it appeared to be the first one they had seen in quite a while. c$100 to the change girl, c$500 to my girl and c$600 to me paid back the gambling costs.

most mp's and pretty well all strip joints are easy to get phone numbers and make dates for daytime, other times, etc. if you cannot talk and carry on a conversation in spanish then skip this tip as you won't get the message across. a movistar cell is currently (as cheap as) us$19.99+ tax and is essential even for a few days.

note - there still seem to be a lot of foreigners seeking **** girls especially on the carretera masaya. the police are watching this activity and one acquaintance and a taxista were pulled over and only the driver's personal acquaintance with the police kept one or both from jail - the girls were sent off by the police. the hotels may call the police as well. if you think this is a spot for this type of activity - go away and stay away.

All that I am saying is that if one of you guys wants to meet a totally charming, beautiful, and one of the nicest most gorgeous Nicaraguans I have ever met (she also speaks English for you non-spanish guys) …… I am just saying go by Club Hollywood and sit and have a couple of drinks and visit with Ashanty. I have read on one Internet website that there is much construction going to build a port on the Atlantic coast that will accomodate goods coming from North America and get them to Managua in at least half-time of what it's taking now .

Apparently it is in a place called Asmara and the construction is in the hundreds of millions of U.S. dollars.

I imagine this will attract as well a lot of SWs to this area of Nicaragua as there will be many construction workers and merchant marine guys there. Can somebody give a report on the activity going there now ?

There is nothing like that going on on the Atlantic Coast, Vic. Since Nicaragua is the poorest country in CA, there is no pressing demand to import anything in any quantity to justify millions of dollars on a seaport.

Noguera, beautiful she may be , as most of the Holywood girls were when I went in there but come on, it is really , really overpriced, especially for Managua.

Well done. It is really the only way to play with these places. I shared a lot of time with two very nice girls from Vale Todo (the original one) in daytime, and they at least made some money since at times they earn practically nil from tips, girl drinks or private dances.

I have been in Bluefields on the Atlantic Coast for 2 days now and I can report based on my perception of what I saw and did.

The reception area on landing from Managua is a bit depressing as it is no more than the size of your average kitchen area, manned by a customs official who duly registers you in a book if you are perceived as a non Nicaraguan.

The trip from Managua to Bluefields return by Atlantic the national airline is about 126 U.S. dollars in a 18-seat airplane. Passengers were given 20 minutes before landing an orange drink and some crackers by the stewardess.
The trip from Managua takes 55 minutes.

At the Bluefields airport, there are some taxis waiting for customers and the trip to anywhere in Bluefields is one U.S. dollar or less.

The best and major hotel there called OASIS is on the main street and costs about 70 dollars a night. At street level , somehow part of the hotel is a Casino.
You will find decent rooms at 25 - 30 dollars a day in places like Caribbean Dreams or Anabas for one person. That comes with airconditioning , private toilet, a single or double bed, no breakfast. They are clean and right in the center of town.
A regular breakfast ( 2 eggs, white toast, ham , coffee, beans) will set you back by 2.50 dollars. Lunch or dinner : chicken or fish, rice, a few slices of tomato and fries will come to 4 dollars; a beer for 1 to 1.50 dollar.

There is no car rental service but you can rent a taxi for 6 dollars per hour or hour and a half to give you a guided tour of the city of Bluefields; it is worth it.

Bluefields is a SHOCK coming from Managua and the Pacific Coast; it rains most of the time during the day and even at night . Streets are littered with garbage but the people generally are pleasant.

for mongers, the place to meet girls easily is at CIMA a night club ( no cover charge) , security is fine, and a beer no more than 1.50 dollar. A small bottle of rhum with soda will go for about 6 dollars and can accomodate 5 persons for the evening for average drinkers.

With some luck, you can take a Bluefields woman to your room for free ( usually divorced or widows ); most will accept 5 to 10 dollars for a gift after sex.
there is only ONE place to find commercial sex in a safe way ; they ask 30 dollars for 1 hour or the night; usually, good-looking and pleasant.
Beware the street girls as they can be robbers as well. Do not walk alone at night in unlit streets.

This report is in response to comments made on the "KOS in Costa Rica" thread; the 10/5/06 posting by King of Sluts; where he states … "When I am in Central or South America, I want girls who are perfect tens, not below a ten. With these comments in mind, the closest I have ever known to a perfect ten is the most beautiful Nicaraguan dancer whom calls herself Ashanty. She works at Club Hollywood in Managua and not only is beautiful, but incredibly sweet and just a really cute girl. As you can see from the attached photo, she is a Caribbean girl from the Atlantic coast and not only has a beautiful face but she easily has a perfect 10 body.
