The land the building rests on is leased by the club owners (they built the building). They were unable to renew the land lease. Much high-rise development is in the works for that vicinity. Property owners are trying to get maximum value out of the dirt they own. Bed's owners are looking for another location. They say they're looking for something suitable for a high-end establishment. They feel the more Plebeian establishments on Soi 11 diminish their club. At least that is what they say.

The face to me is the most important factor. They may not always have to be lovely but there has to be something about them whether it is a pair of almond caramel eyes with a faraway look or a mouth that says kiss me or an insouciant playful smile that intrigues me. The magic number is 9 barfines in Rainbows to get full salary. I'm assuming if you hit 9 youll also hit the other marks. The puzzling thing is to get full salary you have to be there a lot. A few days off for period (mens) , thats about it (could be 3 or 4 days off are allowed).

The number 9 tells me it is hard for the majority to get barfined consistently.
