Absolutely safe, though my only visit did not do well. It was their opening day and the "then manager" was insisting no other service was available and girls collection was also terrible. Later I came to know it was owned by same owner and she promised me great service next time I visit. Never happened as Uttara is kind of out of the way for me.

You have to take some initiative. Everything can't be spoon feed brother. Just get inside the house, if the security asks, say that you are going to flat A5. So far no one asked me.
