Does anyone have any sure-fire cures for upset stomach and the runs in Thailand? Having an upset stomach and / or the runs made it unpleasant to both monger and go on non-p4p dates. It seems culprits were movie theatre popcorn (last saw Ironman 3 and had to run to the bathroom after it was finished LOL) , overeating at buffets, and waiting until I got very hungry. I normally don't take anti diarrhea medication except pepto bismo but they don't sell it in Thailand pharmacies

I have had this problem in Thailand as well, never before. Doubt it's the popcorn although that's a lot of fiber. I think the hygiene here is probably horrific across the board. They leave food out with 50 flies on them before serving.

The first is the BRAT diet that pediatricians tell parents to feed children with diarrhea. This consists of bananas, steamed white rice (with nothing added) , apples and toast (no butter). Start with bananas; add the rice when you can eat the bananas without symptoms; etc.
The other is to eat nothing but plain steamed white rice and plain yogurt with active cultures. The first worked on my children; the second has worked for me.

I think it would be easier to ring them, it case 1 girl is booked & give them my choices for girls (ie 1, 2.3)

I recall one time at a street vendor the guy started picking his nose right in front of me..

It can be awful especially if you're on a full BTS and have to get off the next stop and hopefully there's a toilet nearby lol

He tells me his cure was no eating, only drink real original coke cola, not diet coke, and after a day or so it will be gone, only the original formula in a bottle, not any extra flavours etc. Or

Only drink sugary drinks. If you get Gatorade it is better. By evening you should be fine.
Taking medicine makes you more tired and you will not have any energy to satisfy your lady.
