Let me thank you for your incredible reports. I've been RTFFing a lot and brushing up on my Porto, haven't spoken any since Junior High (all the way before the millennium! 1-You can stay at Copa for the convenience / tourist stuff. I'm a tourist and want to do all that boring old man stuff / have room service etc. So cool by me. But if you're really trying to "ace in the hole" (pun intended! Then you want Transamerica to meet the ladies or at least Barra / Ipanema lodgings. I might book a few nights at Transamerica, I saw a website posted back but it seems a bit sketchy, is it OK to just show up and book cash / card onsite? And also it seems to have gone through a lot of name changes, but seems like it's at Av Gastao Senges 395.

2-The Termas seem like the "A game" if you like branca women, not that there aren't plenty available elsewhere. I always like the club / FKK experience so will probably hit these a lot. But to summarize, you pay to get in, robe and wash up, then into the floor to invite girls / makeout / fuck whoever you want. Settle up at end of night. Stay safe if you hit a Centro terma after dark As always getting phone numbers are key! Then there's Prives / Massagems, I've read GPArena and sorta what's the difference between the two? These seem to be a day thing, too.

3-It looks like ideal times for Termas are 530-9 PM. Brazilians get off at 6 so it looks like that's when it really heats up but it dies before night time. Vagabundo says this is because it's for people who want to snuggle before going home. Maybe the robe is needed so the wife doesn't smell anything suspicious LOL! It also looks like Tuesday-Thursday are your "popping" days.

4-For those who want other options there's also BarraVIPS (love the girls on here!) and photoaccompanhentes, that latter one looks like I don't want to roll the dice. 7-there's club styles called Boates like Paris or Perola Negra. I don't know much about these but it's like they're clubs it's just instead of buying some entitled girl drinks and then getting ghosted, you can fuck her instead. Sounds like a deal to me!

8-there's darkside termas and VM. Based on the reports they're kinda dirty and sketchy, definitely not my scene so will probably take a pass. But for those into that sorta thing, diamonds in the rough are available and prices nice and low, Vagabundo mentioned Gina Valentina clones for 200 real so might sample at least once LOL.

9- it looks like the busiest days are weekdays, Tues-Thurs. Sundays look dead, Monday is slow, Fri / Sat can be 50/50.

I'd also note I love the club style that's why I think I'll like Termas. I used to hit these places in Gangnam where non-Koreans were usually never ever allowed but my K buddy vouched for me, it was like a club style but you could fuck several girls on the open floor before sessioning with the girl you picked! I scanned the posts to avoid asking dumb stuff: but have a question:

What is the real world cost for a 40-60 year old no pre-existing conditions health insurance in Rio as opposed to SUS? Any price / age ranges data would be great, it is hard to imagine it could even close to the fucked up USA predatory system. Finally, I may get down to RIO next week, looks like via Panama is the fastest and I've found COPA to be a pretty good airline. I look forward to an Alcatraz like escape from USA sex prison and catch up with many of the esteemed folks here from some clothing free cultural exchanges with the local girls.

Stargazer and I took our girls from Paris to the beach at Copa and for overnights.

I set a rate of 2000 reais per week for 3 or 4 pernoites. I paid for some food ($200 or so at Trattoria), Stargazer picked up alot of the tab at the beach, we split churrascuria at a nice place $300 for my half, and then I have my long legged morena clara over at the love shack after a few ubers for $100 or so, and some food, for another $100. So, there are several reasons I hate copa:

1. The hotel Astoria palace refused to let me and my girl back up to the hotel rooftop bar pool after we left. The goddamn hookers had to go get cigarettes and smoke weed. Jesus H Christ. 2. So, then we have an expensive meal at trattoria.

3. The girls need each other because the other wingman can't speak Porto. So, between fucking, she is bored out of her skull. And they need each other to keep company.

4. At the beach every fucking scumball vendor comes up and hits on our women, and of course, we get raped on pricing.

5. All that second hand smoke. Smoking again irritates my lungs, and after a day of smoking I am coughing.

6. Red meat. Generally I don't eat it. Wingman thinks churrasco is a must, so, fine. $300 on a churrasco for me and my girl. Not the money so much as the heavy gut after all that red meat. Not good for fucking.

7. the rude hotel staff at astoria palace. I put them on blast. Avoid Astoria Palace. Shitty hotel. Transamerica is good. Hotel Atlantico Tower is good. F' this hotel, Astoria palace.

8. Condoms. My date, Melania, says we will be barebacking next week. Thank fucking god. I hate hate hate condoms. With all the rest (red meat, alcohol, cigarettes), this has been a sub optimal day for fucking as cardio training. It just sucks to have to fight all these terrible health practices.

She does not have insurance, so she in-turn asked her friend that sells insurance. Instead of returning something simple, she ran the numbers. There is a wide range of plans and prices as you can see.

Very useful info, seems to converge around R500 per month. But other factors come into play, like a universal single buyer / regulated drug buying scheme to prevent rip offs (same as Singapore, AU and many other countries) and basic universal emergency care. Another reason BR offers a vastly better quality of life in certain non-touristy places.

I just looked online at USA hookers: fat, ugly, tatoos and expensive, I only want to rent it, not buy it.
