Hi.
In a previous report a member mentioned club MixX.
Can someone tell me exactly where it is located in Pattaya.
Also do freelancers work there or is it a club for couples?
Thanks.

I haven't been in Pattaya yet. I will be there about 3 weeks. But I googled and found this site:
http://www.mixx-nightlife.com/
It is located on Soi 1 (Located on the third floor of the new Bali Hai Plaza shopping center at the foot of the bali Hai Pier)
According to the site The Mixx Nightlife Discothek is actually two discos in one, offering 10.000 square feet of pure entertainment.

Mixx is right at the end of Walking St. towards the port, you'll see it on your left, can't miss it. Music is good, r&b room is always full while the house music room is always empty, plenty of girls too. Of course freelancers work there, but unfortunately, nightlife in Pattaya is starting later and later, the place will be alive well over 3am and by that time it is very likely that most of the cute ones will already be there coupled, but still, very good alternative in my view.
Absolutely. I mean who is ending up with the money. Who has guys sending funds from afar. Who is getting gifts. Who makes more money than most people in Thai society. I hate to break the news to some of you, but it's not the girls who are the dumb ones!
The girls are dumb and the only people they outsmart are stupid guys, which is pretty much the majority of those visiting pattaya now days. If they are so smart, why are they supporting their deadbeat boyfriends with the money they earned from selling sex?
They never outsmart me and I will speak for the majority of long term guys in LOS. You can't survive long in this place if you are stupid.
Thais(including all the pros) are not smart people. They are just lucky and spoiled!

Perhaps you just prefer being around the dumb ones so that you can maintain your sense of superiority. It must be wonderful being you.

Then, I got drugged by a Bangkok freelancer and robbed of a huge amount of cash (this in spite of speaking Thai, having great security in my place including CCTV, safe etc.) She looked like the sweetest girl on Earth, but was clearly a professional, and truly good at her job.
Hard way to learn to have a bit more respect for people... Amjeck, for your own good, you need to adjust your attitude before it's too late.

Small update about the Brazilian grill and bar at Central Festival Centre. The name is Zicos and it offers Brazilian Churascoria. That mean for 750 Baht you get 15 different kinds of grilled meat and seafood + Salad Bar + unlimited Caipiroska, as far I understood. Sounds really good and I guess I will try it the next days.
@David 2, I will tell more details when I am off from Pattaya. Since I will stay until middle of July and I will come back to the massage parlour from time to time, it would be stupid from me to tell before. You never know there are alot of guys outside whose book a girl for days or weeks and that would mean I would not see her again during my holiday... I am not a jealous guy and I even would like that this girl would make more money even with other guys, but other guys think often not in the same way and try to keep a girl only for themselfs.
Also, she told me about her boyfriend from Denmark, who send her money and want marry her, so I will answer on your messages and not post in public area.;-)

No, I don't agree with you there.

The InternationalSexGuide Forum's Pattaya section has been a kind of philosophical forum in the last days. Discussions about whether Thai women are dumbs or not has been the main issue. What a waste to discuss such an issue, as the answer would be as the answer to the question "whether the bird or the egg is the first one". Well, I would say your answer can never convince nobody whose thoughts are the very opposite of your thougths. Albert Einstein was right: the theory of relativity is true. Or as it was written in Quran: your religion is yours, my religion is mine.
Gentelmen, lets talk about sex and how to reach it!

Gents,
I'll be in BKK for the last week of July and I'll stay an all week there just for my favorite sports.
I was wondering if Pataya would be worth the visit, leaving BKK in the morning and going back in the evening.
How is the beach?
Could I come alone with my things, abandon them on the sand and go swimming for 15 minutes, and still found them when I come back?
Do they have public showers on the beach to get rid of the salt and sand?
If I want to visit some hot spot during day time with no hotel in Pataya, what would you recommend?
Thanks for your advises.

I would rather hear about the Brazilian girl than Brazilian grill. :-))

Beach Road ?
Yes, let's get back to more important subjects. Like what is going on at beach road. I will be in LOS next month. Was thinking 3 days BKK and 3 days Pattaya. Kinda like shopping for the FLs on Beach Road. Would appreciate current info or comments
Thanks

you DO understand croc that there is BENEFIT to using a "neutral bedroom" - it sounds like you took her home. A short time room might cost a bit more but it is a LOT easier to only have a minimum amount of money on you and nothing worth stealing. I usually don't carry more than 2000B anyway (less after I spend some of it - ATM card stays in the room safe)
That's one of the benefits to having the ID checked first by a hotel - THEY know who to look for (some of them even make a copy of the ID)

Sorry about your experience, but I'm interested in the full story.
Could you tell us exactly how she pulled the heist? Did you have your "huge amount of cash" in your safe? If so, how did she get to it? Or did you have it just lying around in your room? How did she avoid the "great seurity" and CCTV?
The reason I ask is because I too like to take girls back to my place where I feel most comfortable; my building has great security too; and I keep any amounts of cash over 3000 baht or so in my room safe. If a girl tried to steal my laptop computer or any other large items, she'd have to get past security, and that would be difficult.

Thanks for your advises.
Pattaya is worth seeing if you have never been there, but I'm not sure I would bother going for just a few hours. It's about 1.5 - 2 hours each way by taxi, longer by bus.
The beach is not great, and I would not swim in the sea. If you bought a drink on the beach and left your things in the charge of the beach bar then I think they would be safe, except for your Rolex...! Don't remember seeing any showers, but there may be.
With no hotel room your choice is one of the few soapie massage parlours (I've never tried), or a ST in Soi 6 (I've never tried). Perhaps someone else can advise?
My strong advice would be to get a hotel room and stay o/n. Even if you have booked in BKK everything is cheaper in Pattaya and you can probably save the cost with one LT. A good room can be had for under 1000Bht, an OK room for 500+Bht.
