Kulis / San Fort Night Club
I know that Harbiye-Elmadag area is not a safe one. The revues might provide low class, overaged, local women at their best. Most of the time, it is just a rip-off.
On the other hand, I've heard that there are some better places in this area that is very close to 5-star hotels like Hilton, Hyatt and Intercontinental. These places send EE girls to upper class clients who request out-call girls to their rooms in 5-star hotels.
Knowing that, I wanted to dig deeper into the issue by visiting a revue in a side street in Harbiye neighbourhood. It is a place that drew my attention a long while ago. Once I wanted to see what's going on inside, so I just stepped in. There were four or five EE girls. They had been dancing, laughing, shouting before I got inside. But when they saw me, they suddenly stopped and went to their places at the bar or tables. They started examining me very carefully from a distance.
Then the head-waiter came closer to welcome me and showed me a table in a very positive manner. Being very cautious about these things, I rejected their warm welcome and found my way out.
In this neighbourhood, working girls are usually local. They are mostly of east anatolian or gypsy origin. But this revue was different and it has really been on my mind for a while now.
Let me give the details of the place:
- Harbiye District,
- Follow Halaskargazi Avenue until you come near Turkish Radio.
- Take the street just opposite the office of "Azerbaijan Airlines". There is the supermarket DiaSa on the corner.
- Walk down around 50 meters.
- You will find the place on your left.
It has three signs on the walls with different names:
"Kulis", "Re Mi Fasil", "San Fort Gece Kulubu"
Does anyone know about this revue? Any recommendations about it?
[QUOTE=Big Bro AJ]Other seniors and I wrote it hundred times. Dont go to so called revues cabarets and clubs at Taksim, Harbiye and Elmadag. They are tourist traps.
