Open to me was that I was able to enter TH with a tourist visa and contrary to many, the process was quite simple.
Yes, in November I had to do 14 Day Quarantine. But it hardly any different from my life in the USA. I worked Remotely, didn't use any vacation time and caught up on a lot of personal todo things. The room was big and nice with 3 really good meals a day.
And then once quarantine finished to be back in Thailand without mass tourism was amazing. Koh phi phi with no tourists? Etc. Was really nice to get some of those amazing islands to yourself with extremely low prices. Plus the prices of woman dropped. Hot gogo girls prices were much lower. Beers cheaper. It was just a great time to go prior to current lockdown measures.
But back to Rio. I found a copy of that Google map on another topic. Excited to get back.

I don't need to tell you about the comparative difference between getting into Thailand or the PI vrs. Brazil. The speculative word I have heard is Songkran; the Thai Government is planning a big SongkranN quarantine free welcome back to Thailand provided the vaccination rollout continues and barring any future complications, but who knows what the fine points may be to this grand re-opening plan of theirs. I guess we just have to wait and see.
