now a very strong sense of familial responsibility is part of the culture and is drummed into the kids from day one. but, imho, only the total low-lifes teach their kids that it's the kids' responsibility to support the parents. all of the middle class girls i know feel it's their absolute duty to care for their parents, but none of them feel the responsibility extends to parents or siblings who are too fucking lazy, or too drunk, to work. but almost 100% of the bar girls i've met tend to be the opposite.[/quote]spot on. so many farangs think that this "take care of mama papa" business is universal here. its not, not at all. my gal's parents would never take a cent from her and they are by no means wealthy. as you stated above, they worked their butts off to make sure she made it through uni as did the parents of all her cousins. so correct that only the bottom of the barrel expect their daughters to go sell it to support them. that is by far the exception not the rule. if a gal's parents do have those expectations then she is probably damaged goods from the get-go and you will never be able to have any sort of "real" relationship with her. sad but true.

Levels in its own division from Climax but there are a semi freelancecrowd also in Levels but they are harder to spot and it easy to take a "wrong step". Climax is all in a freelanceplace so it is a walk in the park to get ladies (if you look decent dressed, behaved and not extremely cheap that is). Levels is more expensive and also a bit touristic (have taken a few customers from Bed and Supper and Q-bar I believe. Another great choice these days would be BASH (soi 11 next to australian pub). Nice lux club with normaly great women (also some up for take out). Good mongering

I was doing one at 44 years of age for a few years that look in her early 30's with a great body and natural tits that didn't sag and she has grown kids and no stretch marks believe that and great preformance. In general:
Climax is a spot where girls go to after work (what can be from a restaurant, massage parlor or visiting bars like Guillivers).
Good live music (Thai and international).
Climax for sure is a pick up bar, which you can compare with Insanity / CM2 or Bangkok Beat.
Most bussy moment in Climax between 01:00 and 03:00 AM.
Levels is a spot where locals and tourist go to.
Most people are in groups (male and female) including a large number of girls groups too.
There are not many single male people.
Good live music (yesterday, Tuesday it where 3 international singers on stages).
As of 11:30 PM there is a nice selection in Levels available but sometimes it's harder to make contact with them like for instance the girls in Spasso (or I am still too shy).
There is a outside terrace too.
Levels (for me) is comparable to Q-Bar and Spasso's.
Yesterday Tuesday they announced that today (Wednesday) its girls bikini top night.
So go and see by yourself. Seems a smart idea, a kind of pre selection tool?
Levels is part of an international hotel group and for that reason the stayed open even during the Buddhist holidays (also like Spasso and Mixx could did).
I always wander why alcohol from international hotels is different than from local clubs. LOL.

Hi All,
I am traveling from Australia. I have recently started a new job so my only real leave is the Christmas Break. I have a budget of 3 grand US to travel over the Christmas break 21 Dec to Jan 3. Do you feel 3 grand (including flights which cost USD 1000 approx) would be good enough to travel to BKK and other parts of Thailand. Also, I will book my hotel right away, but will it be too expensive during this time. Also, will be there a limited number of women available.
Your thoughts and recommendations please.
My other option is I could work during this period and earn an easy 4 grand over these two weeks. And possibly plan this trip sometime during July next year.
