Yes, I'm sure forty even twenty years ago things were vastly different in regards to becoming a provider. What other seniors think about it. Covering all the main aspects like rentals or sale prices, bribes, competition, business and other things.

There are some Pattaya sites that list bars for sale. There are always many! Unless you're going to make it unique or have super hot girls it's tough to make a buck owning a bar. Don't forget their are certain people in Pattaya you will need to grease if they see you making any sort of money.

I didn't look closely but if I saw her in a Walmart in the USA I would describe her as Afro-Americian. Not difficult to spot. Larger than any Thai girl.

Your only forms of revenue are bar fines and drink sales. Hot girls bring the guys in who drink, buy lady drinks and then bar fine. Have you thought that perhaps many bars are just there for laundering drug money? You've got to ask yourself if the legitimate bars were so profitable, then why are so many closing down or are for sale.

Why there is so much traffic on beach and 1st road? I was here last March and baht buses used to breeze through on these roads. Not sure what changed in one year? Getting from Soi 13 to Soi 6 took 20 min at 6 pm.

The ones that I have met that speak no English are few and far between.

Judging from your picture her figure (broad-shouldered and narrow-hipped) is not my cup of tea at all. The one I'm referring to below was Ugandan and her head was nearly shaven (she only had a thin sheep-wool covering of a hair and with the dye it gave her a punkish look).

I find the English of many Thai girls very primitive but I confess I haven't given Thai girls enough attention so far. My experience of Thai girls doesn't reach much further than soi 6 and girls in soi 6 are certainly not the ones with the largest student loans debts.
