I started off at the Sands Cotai area hotels, took Uber to Familia Nombre Sauna for around USD 15? In the afternoon, traffic was a bit heavy.
Arrived at the sauna location and walked up a flight of stairs, was greeted by very friendly staff, during check in the usually questions was asked what type of massages therapies requested, given a wrist strap key and number for the locker, stripped off clothes and given a robe, then lead to the lounge area for drinks and requested head, shoulder, arms, hands, legs, foot massages.
There was a no rush atmosphere at the business, when you're ready just call for the many hostess for the line-up of the masseuse's from China, Indonesia, Vietnam, and Eastern Europe (evenings only).
You are lead to your massage room by your chosen masseuse which then you're taken to get a bath (room is a bit small) on the massage table by a different girl, after the bath your masseuse comes in to give the soapy massage, after finishing you're taken back to the massage room. After leaving the room, went to get something to eat which was very delicious bowl of beef noodles and a drink.
Went back to the locker area to change and back to the check-out area to pay the bill, came out to USD 275 with extra 1 hour with the masseuse. I spent around 5 hours, well worth it for the ambiance, friendly staff, free food, and excellent services. This place is comparable to Thailand Soapy massage venues, well worth the visit which offered good value in Macau.

It's been a couple of years since I was in Macau and the prices continue to go up. The service is still excellent for sure, but the prices make onw think twice.
Popped my head into Darling 1 last week, around dinner time on a weekday. Good selection of about 30-40 girls. Price for regular Chinese and Vietnamese is about US $220 now, though I picked #19 who was Thai "model" and costed about US $260.
Usual 75 min of great service. Love those rooms they have with mirrors! She had a great body, not too skinny. Slim with nice curves. Unfortunately not really GFE except for some kissing at the end when she wanted me to finish. But great with rim and great FS. I'd recommend, unless you really want lots of GFE. The place continues to be great, in selection and service. I guess you get what you pay for. Would be interested in what people are getting across the border in Zhuhai. I met a Japanese monger who really liked the value he was getting there, but somehow couldn't remember the names of any good places there. Anyone know of any?

DFK, Rim, GFE, BBBJ. Recent posts have indicated overall sauna service has been decreasing and limiting the menu to the mechanical FS.

Place is nice with higher end surroundings. Girls look pretty good too. Slightly less pretty than Rio but better service. Worth trying if you haven't been there before.

I'm going to Macau next week for my birthday for one night only. Hope to have a real happy experience (now that Dalian is dead). Is there any sauna (or even normal massage / tug place) that is known for having more girls (college age) than other places? Or are they just scattered around throughout the various saunas?

Depending on my chemistry with the lady, sometimes I got DFK and GFE, sometimes not. But I always got BBBJ and rim job (but don't care about rimming). I would leave the room and complain to the manager if the lady started giving CBJ.
I have been to the Waldo Hotel several times but only ever around every 12 months. Despite the girl (Nina 808) being the best I have had for many a year, the rest of the experience was rather depressing and just so expensive. I just walked up so did not have a 'package' - not sure what I would have saved if I had bought a package at the Hong Kong ferry terminal, as I have done in the past. Usual visit to FNS. Really good time with usual thigh massage and massage ladies both in one evening! I never seem to make it to the working gals these days.
Visited Emperor Spa. I think I reviewed this place before and was not that impressed, but really enjoyed it this time. Spa area ladies are rather pushy, so be prepared. I had a Japanese Shower. Very good fun with a very chatty Viet.
A they have a 'butt massage', like a thigh massage, but the other way around, and it in a private room. Until you turn around that is. Very nice way to spend a few hours in the afternoon.
One Spa much the same. It well fitted out, welcoming staff. One of the ladies who I got to know ages ago seems still working there. Came to my hotel room the next day before work. A real blast. Some people just love f*king!
That is. Do not find myself in this part of the world that often these days. Thank god, I cannot afford it too often. But there is something about the easiness of having sex in Macau that I still like.

This was back in 2012. I was a avid east spa customer from 2006 - 2010 but seeing the services decline, the Showtime is few and far between, the quantity and quality of girls are decline, and the last kicker the price increase from 1200 mop to 2600 mop excluding the BS 15% misc fee.
I don't know what it will take for the customers to stop going so east spa can either be forced to improve or shut down.

I was not impressed with the quality of girls in saunas in Macau and Shenzhen. In about 2012 I was with a bunch of business friends and went to Queen's Spa in ShenZhen after dinner. Their line up was pretty poor at 8 PM. The girls wore fancy dresses but look homey, sad, depressing. Okay, let me preface this by saying that I didn't go at the optimal times for Macau. I was on a 3 day trip to HK for some business and had a free spare day, so I decided to hop on the ferry to Macau at 10 am from HK and I arrived at Cotai port. Then my friend told me to check out the Sauna at Rio Hotel which was a short 15-20 minute walk from Hotel Lisboa. I arrived at around 2 pm, and was given the rundown on how the sauna works. The man in front showed me a poster that had prices listed from about 6000 MOP, down to 1150 MOP. Then they had a list of other items like, "Mainland China, Vietnamese, European Beauties, and all the way at the top Japan AV Porn Star. " I was like wow this seems interesting even though for the price its 4-5 x more expensive than what I usually experience in Tijuana's Hong Kong bar. So I went in, undressed and they told me to put on a robe and take a shower. After that is done, they escorted me into a room with nice comfortable chair beds, gave me a free drink and asked me to wait. Since it was only 2 pm, they said that "shows" don't start for another hour. So I waited, relaxing. While every 5 minutes someone different would come up to me offering to massage a specific body part of mine. Whether it be foot, legs, thighs, head, chest, pretty much everything. Then someone would ask if I wanted pedicure / manicure. I passed on all of that. I was already expecting to pay about 3500 MOP for a European beauty. I dislike Asian girls in general being Asian myself, and so I am basically tired of always eating rice.
So the first show starts and about 7 girls come out onto stage with rave music blaring. A few other guys grab some girls and off to the room they went. I didn't like any of the options since they were all mainlanders so the MMS told me that the next show was in 30 minutes. By now it was 330 pm, and I knew I was screwed for time since I needed to be back in HK by 7 pm for a dinner meeting. BTW, I asked the MMS when the European beauties would arrive and she then tells me 5 pm!! Ugh. I could've used that information earlier and avoided the place had I known no european girls would be available during my visit.

I asked the manager how did it become so expensive. He basically explained that it was $2800 for the girl, along with like $600 MOP for the "milk bath" which I didn't request or even agree to. And there was another charge for something, I don't remember but the total came out to 4800. So basically I paid 6-700 USD for one pop and a subpar experience. Then to make matters worse, I asked the manager why there were no European girls, and he told me they don't come in until 8 pm!
So yeah, I would've been even more upset if I waited til 5 pm for the euro girls and none showed up until 8 pm. I was already late enough as it is. So lesson learned, don't venture into Macau to monger during the daytime. Only go during the evenings. And in terms of service and selection, to me at least the Hong Kong bar in Tijuana is a much better experience and more affordable.
