Sea Me Spring OR Sea Me Spring Too?
Hey guys,
Does anyone have any experience or reports of these two hotels on Soi 10? Is one preferable over the other?
How is the construction and noise level on Soi 10? I read there has been a lot of construction in the area?
Reliable Car Service to Pattaya
Taking my next trip to Pattaya in about 7-weeks. I got some info on a reputable limo service (ok, a Camry with leather seats and a cold beer when we arrived) ; my last two trips, but lost the info. Can someone help a brother out here? Something that doesn't charge up front, natch!
Easy to arrange with Mr. Keak. Not permitted to post an email address for him, but here is his website: http://www.pattaya-taxi.com
1, 000 Baht to Pattaya in a nice Camry or similar. Comfortable ride. Courteous driver. It's a no-brainer for me.

Sea Me Spring Hotel: special promotion
I am currently staying at the Sea Me Spring Hotel in Beach Road Soi 10:

It is my second time at this hotel, and they told me that they currently have a special promotion on-going in July (only). They offer a "member card" for 350 THB, which is valid for 2 years. With this card, you get a discount of 300 THB on the published room rates. However, now during July, for stays in July, they increased the discount to 500 THB per day on the published room rates. Hence, the card is amortized within one single day. Condition is, however, that you book with the hotel directly and not through any of the booking machines like Agoda or Booking. You might need to send an email to them since the deal with the member card does not appear in their own booking system.
The hotel is quite new, has nice and clean rooms. These are a bit dark, though, since walls and floors are all in a grey, rather than white. On the other hand, they all have a balcony (at least the deluxe rooms, I am not sure about the Me room) , either with sea view (not really necessary) or city view.
There is a pool on the roof top. Not very big, but good enough.
Furthermore, the hotel's location is pretty convenient in Soi 10. Therefore, almost everything of importance within walking distance: Soi 6, WS, Soi LK Metro, Honey 1 Body Massage, plenty of restaurants in the Beach Road.
I brought some girls to my room without any problem. They did not ask for the I'd (what is good or bad). Have a look at the "policy" on their website. They clarify that they don't charge for visitors, but keep their I'd.
I did not check, but I assume that the same discount also applies to the Sea Me Spring Too Hotel as well; they are of the same family.
Perhaps some of the fellow mongers are interested. Note that I have no relationship with the hotel nor any financial interest in it.
