I will be in Moscow for 36 hours and need to have a cell number. I remember that it is difficult to obtain sim cards in Russia for short-term stays. Is it possible to rent a cell at the airport or from a hotel? Thanks.

I would like to bring up a topic that does not seem to get written about much on this forum and that is the one of "working apartments".
