This one just says that it's OK to have a child out of wedlock provided some conditions are met. So hotels really should not have any issue with being green anymore and I reckon that is the case for quite some time now since the previous law I mentioned was passed. If you look at Bahrain pre covid, almost every hotel or apartment was a brothel with in house girls. I know a hotel apartment in RAK that is infested with WG's. Also apartments in Deira had brothels. When the traffic to these places increase and neighbours complain they get raided and shutdown.
