Colombia also has a very large number of women of African descent. You will easily find many dark skinned women. Venezuela also has a significant African descent population. You will find lots of brown skinned women there. But as said, since Brazil imported more slaves from African than any other country and has the largest population of African descent people than any other country except for Nigeria, you will find the most dark skinned women there. My caveat is that many still live in the rural areas. In the large cities, it might not seem that there are lots and lots of Black women.
