What is the reason you are taking anj ED drug? If you are a young healthy male then an ED drug isn't going to do anything for you. However if you are older with an ED problem then you will see some benefit.

Viagra has to be taken on an empty stomach or the effects are diminished. It is most effective about one hour after ingestion. And lasts for about 4-6 hours. Alcohol can also affect the outcome. One of the side effects of all the ED drugs is a reduced ability to ejaculate. If you are a "quick shot" then that is probably good for your partner, but not for you. Next time you might consider Levitra. It works faster and doesn't care if your stomach is full or not. It gives a great woody and works for about 12 hours. So you can go again in the morning. A little, though not much more, expensive than Viagra. Same problem with ejaculating though, if not more. That's where the girl is going to have to apply her talents. Cialis is another option and is known as the Weekend party pill. Its effects are good for about 36 hours. Cialis is the most expensive of all the ED treatments. However, one way to keep the cost down is to buy the largest dosage you can find and cut the pills in half or thirds. A larger dose doesn't cost much more, if any, than the smallest dose.

Viagra is one that I beleive is 'bad' for this. In the example with Levitra you gave it could well be the 2/3's tablet you took had close to 100% of the active ingredient. Thats one of he many reasons why drug companies make their pills in different strengths rather than making a strong one capable of being divided. (increasing their profit is another). The other funny thing is some people will still get the same effect, especialy with viagra because many really don't need it, but their mind has been tricked into thinking they have it so it works, just look at tests results using placebo drugs.

One last thing that I think was touched on was again many of these drugs don't make a hard on any better, they just aid in getting it up in the first instance.

Even us younguns can benefit from the blue pill, i like to take half if i'm on a wild session, i always get a cracking headache about 10 minutes after taking it, it lasts about 10 minutes, and then i'm fine. I definetely agree about the difficulty in ejaculating. Half a pill has often lasted 24-36 hrs for me.

Hi All
Down at Nana Plaza on Tues night and there was this guy clutching a bible in one hand while shouting about Sinners etc .... he seemed to be frothing at the mouth a bit and was getting rather over-excited.

I have only experimented with Viagra and Cialis, cutting 100mg V into 4 and 20mg C in halves. They work well, and I have not noticed any difficulty in ejaculating.

I really do not need ED drugs (yet), but it is handy to have them available for Thai vacations because of the sex marathon that those can turn into.

An older friend of mine had the same problem with headaches when using Viagra. His doctor recommended taking an aspirin with the pill. The benefit is threefold:
1. Helps the headache
2. Thins the blood for easier flow
3. Protects the heart

Although erectile-dysfunction medicine is not physically addictive there are numerous reported cases of psychological addiction whereby the user becomes unable to get an erection without using the drugs.

Psychosomatic dependence like this is very common, so beware of the possible consequences if you're using these drugs when you don't really need them.

There are many alternative methods of solving erection-problems without resorting to medicine.

As long as you are not over-weight, do not have high blood pressure or are on blood pressure medication, you could simply be jaded. Try some new experiences - after a period of absenence - or stay on cialis (avoid the viagara). My advise is to try a high-class KTV, like Paradise or Cleopatra's, select a Class-A model for an all-night experience, and see how it goes. It will cost a bomb, but its worth it.

It is a complex issue. The cause of ED can be physical, psychological or both. Many users of Viagra and the sort do not really need them, but benefit from them, if only as a boost to their confidence.
