So guys let me update you on progress I wish it will surely help to forum.

I stopped masturbation completely since 1.5 months for now, in starting it was difficult but now am cool with it.

Apart from this, I started doing workout regularly 4 times a week and trying to involve in more physical activities. Following healthy diet no junk food at all.

Other than that I started taking patanjali shilajeet, Ashwgandha and Himalaya gokshura 1-1 Cap daily in night, and when I visit any WG / Spa I took it twice a day.

To my surprise I think I am 60% better than before now.

In my last 2 encounters with WGs.

1) I ejaculated in WOT within 4 min, so couldn't try other positions.

2) I pumped in missy for good 7-8 minutes I was close to ejaculate but still couldn't come but felt it is improved. Then switched to WOT and came within 2 min, I think I need to do more practice for other positions when I take lead. As in masturbation we just need to use hand without taking any physical efforts. So I feel more this prob was due to wrong practice of masturbation with too much hard pressure etc and my dick got used to it. The reason am so happy now as at least this is not any medical issue but more habitual.
