Salvador and Morro da Sao Paulo
Hi,
I have been to Bahia last week. In short: I did not find it very good for mongering compared to Koh Samui (Thailand) or Sosua (DomRep), other places where I have been. Also the time was not right: of 6 days it rained 3 of them and it was pretty cool (only around 20 degree Celsius, often with a cold wind).
The details:
Salvador da Bahia:
We took the bus from the airport to Barra. The bus is easy to find (just behind the parking-station) and costs less than 2 Real. We stayed at the Barra Guesthouse, that is nice and clean but not girl friendly. I tried to find another guesthouse that is girl-friendly but did not succed, they were or expensive or rally low quality so better check from home.
First evening (a wednesday) we tried Rio Vermelho Area but everything was very quiet. Finally we went to AeroClub where there were some 20 Pros sitting around, most of them poor to average looking. We started to talk, one of them would have gone with me for R 150 toda la noita, but as I did not have a place to stay ... We wanted to go to Casquinha da Siri then but the waiter of AeroClub told us that it is closed due to renovation until end of June.
Next day we went to the Praia del Porto beach. A nice looking girl was walking up and down the beach. When she noticed me looking at her she sat down not far from me and smiled. Soon we started to talk and she gave me her number. I did not have time but it would be intereting to know how the financial arrangement would have been.
In the evening of the second day the same: everywher few people, some 20 Pros in AeroClub. We tried to go to Fashion Club Disco but we could not enter because they wanted a passport from us. Again we were told by a taxi driver that Casquinha da Siri is closed, he said due to problems with the police.
Next day the same at the beach: Beautiful girl walked up and down, sat close to me, started to talk and was immediately touchy. But we had to leave for the ferry-boat to Morro da Sao Paulo.
Salvador and Morro da Sao Paulo, Part 2
Morro da Sao Paulo:
Morro da Sao Paulo is a dream-island: beautiful beaches, romantic scenery, very good restaurants, friendly people and excellent night-life (bars, discotheques). The problem was that it was low season and there were only around 30 to 40 tourists out in the evening, many of them brazilians from other regions of Brazil. There where 4 to 8 Semi-Pros that showed up around midnight. The one I took went home with me the first night. Nice fuck but much show from her side. In the morning she did not ask for money but I gave her R 30 "for the child".
Next day it was raining all evening. Around midnight I met her again but she did not want to go with me because of a stupid excuse. Later I realised that her tactic was as few sex as possible, just enough to keep the guy interested and to be invited for drinks and dinner and prepaid-telephone-cards. Next evening, after she drank 5 cachasas and vomitted on my hotel-floor. Afterwards she said she is to tired for sex and has to go home. The next day in the afternoon she again did not want to have sex so I kicked her out of the room. 1 hour later she came back, said sorry please one more chance and opened my trousers.
In brief: beautiful location to go there in high season and to chase normal tourist-girls, hard territory for mongering.
PS.: Take care of your clothes: The girls ask you to lend them shirts and sweat-shirts when it is cold in the evening and hope that you forget to ask them back the next morning.

Kind of girls in Salvador?
Hi,
I am thinking of going to Salvador, but could any of you who have been there tell me if there is also black girls around in this area. Because I do like them!
So if they are there, together with what I understand a lot of good music, doesn´t samba come from here, I will go.
Please enlighten me.
Salavador is a Must for the Real Brazil
By all means, go! It is a fabulous place and, to my taste, the "real Brazil." The women there are on every hue and, as elsewhere in BR, accessible and willing. I was there in April for more than a week and had a blast. I met up with a 24 year old "cafe au lait" (her term for herself) on my first night ("Daniela"); she was a waitress in a restaurant/bar in Barra (the swanky sushi jazz bar about 5 blocks down Ave, Sete Septembro from the Sol Express Hotel) and she showed me every nook and cranny of her city and herself, starting about 20 minutes after she got off work at 2 AM. When she served me my second drink (it was bosa nova night upstairs and pretty quiet) she asked me if she could "accompany" me on my tour of Salvador. The next three days she was with me the whole time and just screwed the hell out of me ("downed me and browned me, threw me and blew me..."). By Day 3 I had seen more of her than Salvador and told her I needed "space;" she agreed to meet me two days later for dinner and the evening. She did, we did, and the next morning I insisted she take 1000 reals for all her efforts. She argued, cried, and said no, no - it was her "gift" to me. In the end she relented. There were three other women - 2 of whom were brought to me (at my request) by one of the reception staff at the Sol Express (room=110R/night). One of these, Sheila, was sooo cute I practically cried when she appeared at my door. She was the sweetest girl I had in my 6 weeks in country - 19, a killer bubble butt, loved completo, liked to fuck standing in the shower with bubble bath all over both of us, and even gave me a BBBJ in the back seat of the taxi coming back from a concert in Praca Italia. I think the driver thought I was having a coronary (I'm an old coot). Sheila was with me for two nights and 2 days and was happy with 400R + taxi home. The other Sol Express girl was cooler and more distant, but a real looker; she was 175R until 8 am (but she stayed until 11). She was a squirter, though, and DATY with her were among the more fluidly conspicuous events in my BR time (she was the only squirter I met whilst in country). She also had a way with prostate massage in tandem with BBBJCIM. Whew!
One afternoon, on a lark, I had a taxi driver take me to "Relex for Men," on Rua Bapendi (#6), open Mon-Sat 1400-2300. An hour session was 170R; "Fernanda" was a nice girl and she had one of those amazing Brazilian bundas - and knew how to use it. She hung on for an extra 30 minutes enjoying herself while I mustered my 2nd shot - no overtime charge. It was afternoon and the place was dead (but not Fernanda), but with a nice bar and pool, it is probably pretty happening in the evening. They took CCs (if that's your thing) and the price for the tourist monger is the same as for locals. They had several quite acceptable garotas in there at mid-afternoon (Ismir, Raquel, Dido, and Jessica were all 7-8 range) and I promised myself I'd try to go back for Fernanda and another girl for a threesome. Never happened.
I would rate Salvador right at the top, and I regret not getting to the outlying beaches. I am returning in Dec for a month and plan to do that, in the company of "Ana" - a Slavador native and hands-down the MOST beautiful girl I have ever fucked. Wouldn't you know I met her in a privado in B.A. a few weeks after I left BR for Argentina? That's another story (see Argentina Private for my report on 1703 Santa Fe in B.A.) but Ana will meet me in Rio this coming summer (in BR) and we will spend a week on her turf for Carnival.
Oh yes: the lovely Daniela. When I was getting in the taxi at the hotel to go to the airport, a porter came out with a nicely wrapped box. It was a present from Daniela - a souvenir publication for Salvador's 475th anniversary (then being celebrated). She wrote a lovely and sexy note inside using some pretty slangy Portuguese. I am still trying to decipher it all (with the help of a dictionary) but the intent was clear. What a doll. What a city.
One final note: Salvador has the reputation of being dangerous. It is. So is all of Brazil. So is Salt Lake City or Glasgow. Stay out of dark places, don't walk alone at night, carry only a modest cache, and be careful what you drink in the clubs. There are lots or stories and enough of them are true. Stay sober unless you are in your hotel and out going out later. Be careful of the girls from the clubs and the street - I personally had no problems (didn't get my garotas in either place), but that happens. Just like it does in your hometown.
