For Chlamydia Trachomatis I read the common cause is fly secretions on the face, for flies breeding in contaminated faecal matter. This one is common in children living in poor conditions or where no clean water for washing the face properly.

So my recommendations: Try different brands of lube looking for one that does not dry up quick. I generally don't use Thailand lubes, as they are a bit sticky. I was diagnosed with late latent syphilis 10 years ago (csf vdrl and rpr negative and tpha positive). I only remember having an ulcer on my mouth 20 years ago but thought it was trauma ulcer or canker. I got tested last week, TPHA and FTA are negative. Does it mean I lost my immunity to treponema?
