Hi,
I use Androgel in the US. (For those that don't know it's testosterone replacement therapy. Is there any place in BKK or Pattaya that sells it? Do you need a subscription or can you just go to a pharmacy that has it. Am thinking about living in Thailand part of the year now and am wondering if its available as I medically need it.

You can buy the gel capsules over the counter in a pharmacy. I do not know if all do but KS Pharmacy Sukhumvit / Soi 17 sells it. The patches, so far as I know, are controlled.

Snuck over there last night. Only 10th time at the disco's, living the normal life here. Some pig blew me in the middle of a crowded dance floor. That was a first and didn't get much attention. Thanks for the advice fellas. I got into Bangkok at 1AM yesterday and didn't want to mess with freelancers or finding my way to Insomnia so I opted for an escort agency instead. A bit pricey for 10 hours but as Bunky said, it's a vacation. And holy crap was the service amazing compared to what I'm used to (Okinawa).

Watch out for ladyboys on the street and in the gogos. I know of so many guys that just have no ladyboy radar at all. If the voice sounds like a cat who has been strangled stay away, unless that is what you want of course.
I think when I first started coming here my main problem was just too many choices and having such a hard time making up my mind and often the night would fly by and I would end up taking something only ok at 4 in the morning.

Basically go with the flow. Don't get upset at anything. If the sex sucks move on. If you feel overcharged by a girl or a tuk-tuk driver just move on. If a girl promises she will show up at your hotel and doesn't, move on. I see so many guys getting pissed off at the little stuff. It isn't worth it.
The only other place I would add to perhaps visit is Climax Disco on Soi 11 at the Ambassador Hotel. This is basically if all the other stuff is closed and you still seek some companionship. Climax is open till 5am with loads of women 25 years old and up for the most part. And it's different than gogos and beer bars which is nice sometimes.

I got to NEP during a downpour. Snuck into Big Dog's, had a beer and found the scenary a bit lacking. Knowing that Rainbow 4 was the club with the most dancers on stage, I headed there for better pickings. There is also some correlation between skills and age in Thailand. The 10% terrible ones are generally on the young side. On the other hand my experiences with Latinas, Brazillianas, Eastern Europeans and black women is a much higher percentage in the great category. I think sex is just a much more important part of the cultures of these groups with them starting at an early age and learning how to please a man, as well as enjoying it themselves. I just don't think this is the case for Thai women and it shows up in their sexual abilities and needs.
