Four Seasons is almost perfect, but it is too much of a fancy hotel to get a working girl in there by her own.

Corinthia Hotel is also pretty nice, but the hotel itself is a bit complicated to get around in. Also, if you don't act like you know exactly where you are going one of the hotel staff will certainly approach you / her.

Boscolo New York Palace is a close second as far as luxury feeling goes, but also here it's going to be tricky to get a girl to your room since they installed new elevators last year.

This was more of a "exclude" post, than a recommendation. Honestly I think it might be difficult to get any tips for hotels on this forum, since most users here with experience on the scene in Budapest prefer to visit the girl (s) at their home.
