Thanks. Testosterone replacement therapy.
Effective doing what? While perhaps muscle mass and other issues can be improved, the big issue and really the central focus and implication of their marketing campaigns. Low libido. Has yet to be resolved. Step back and apply commons sense: if the drug companies had the science (beyond anecdotal reports) supporting that "low T" intervention actually worked in regard to the libido issue, they'd certainly have the monetary motivation to be out front pointing to these studies in the medical literature. The reality is these studies do not exist.

I've been taking it in United States for quite a few years and I know it works great for me. Not just for increasing libido, although it definitely helps that, so I refute those who say it doesn't. But it also helps in many other areas. If you have a low testosterone, it is not good for you healthwise. Period. I've been under doctor supervision with it for many years now so that's not the question for me.
I was simply inquiring as to whether I could readily get it in a reputable form in places like Bangkok or Pattaya. As I am considering moving to Thailand for four months or so of the year beginning in a year or so as I am lucky enough to have acquired the means to easily do that. And yes, I have done and am doing my due diligence. I have visited Thailand a dozen times and many other parts of Southeast Asia many times.
I just haven't gotten around to inquiring about testosterone replacement therapy such as AndroGel and the like and it's availability in Thailand.
Not interested in any sort of debate here; just looking for information. Thanks.
Thanks!
Testosterone Replacement Therapy
I think the biggest problems are the unknown long term effects and the whole question of whether any man other than someone with a "real medical problem" has any business taking synthetic testosterone. As I said above, I think otherwise healthy middle aged men are idiots for wanting to take it. If your a couch potato and 50 ponds overweight, start eating healthy and get off your ass. .
If you're thinking about going on synthetic testosterone, first read a little bit about endocrinology, then read about synthetic testosterone therapy. Get an appreciate for what you will be artificially manipulating and consider that no one knows what effect it may have on you in ten or twenty years. Then ask yourself, is it really worth it?
If you decide yes, then talk to your physician.
Awesome post, brother. I appreciate the educated rant. You sum up some of the important issues, as well as end with the necessary evaluation and choice each individual must make at the end of the day.
For healthy men wanting to boost their Testosterone levels and find out about aromatase-inhibiting foods, there are some good web sites out there for you to read. Try http://www.peaktestosterone.com, for instance. But for those of us with low T levels (blood-test verified) Testosterone replacement (TRT) in hand with awareness of Estradiol levels (hello, expanding waistline, and man boobs) , as well as the vital monitoring of the size and health of your prostate, are all important to get your head around. Like your rising blood pressure issues with age, male hormone levels need to be tracked and taken care of, so we can continue to have a good quality of life. For me, that includes a healthy mongering life, past middle-age.
I'm heading to Bangkok in a few days, and looking forward to some action. I'm not expecting fireworks, as my energy levels are still low, but a few sparklers will do just fine.
Cheers,

Testosterone. My thoughts
My thoughts are simple: do your roids when and if you need to look good and that way you can get laid with some pretty hot women for free. Helps for being competitive too. I'd rather spend the money for P4P in Thailand instead of doing a "run." You don't need to be fit to get a girl friend or a bar girl. You just need money. I agree, if you want to lose 50lbs, get off of your ass and move (I will get on that tomorrow) Even better, get a Thai gf and give it to her once in the morning and twice a night (at least) for your cardio. The complications are real and aren't worth the temporary gains because to keep them, you will need to do more or start the slippery slope of doing more severe body building drugs.
Not sure I should do this
Not sure if I should change from the testosterone topic but what the hell.
A few night ago visited SW. What I saw was many nice lookers and a party atmosphere. Grabbed tom as she was on stage and she joined me for a cocktail. After a few minutes I knew I would have to BF her. We made a few stops at some of the bars she has not been in since she started working here. English is pretty good so we talked quite a bit and I got to know her a little. She is a nice friendly girl. I had known of her but never sampled before. Now with imagition running wild it is time to hit the room in the hotel.
She easily slips out of her clothes in the room asks if we shower. Of course we do. We can make new sweat together and enjoy that much more. Now I am thinking I wonder just how good the BJis. Rest assured it is a definite 9 in my book. Not sure if a 10 is out there but always need to leave a number in case something is found. She likes to perform a slow stroke and build the excitement. My mind is completely blank except for the occasional thought of what is next and how good is it.
She climbs on top and away we go. I was in the mood for only 2 position that night so left it at that. After the usual clean up and she headed home. I fell a sleep with a smile on my face and good feeling in my body. I will visit her again shortly as she desirves more attention and maybe another female partner to enjoy as well.
