Been visiting this KTV in LinSen last few weeks. The price 2500NT/1.5hr+1000NT tip to the manager per room, all you can drink beer.
The breakdown of the uniforms:

Cocktail dressed girls: 7 to 9, they will sit and hangout do a bit of dancing and grind on you no strip.

Red uniforms: 5 to 8, the dancing, cuddling, and HJ. Down to a piece of thong.

Blue Uniforms: 4 to 7, dancing, cuddling, some kissing, and BJ(covered with food wrap instead of condom) very interesting and for the price is ok by me. Complete naked for your hand to explore. Some girls offer BBBJ or FS on the spot for extra, I had a girl offered 3000NT FS in the restroom or BBBJ for 1000NT.

Once you settle in the room, the manager will bring the line up to your party for selection. The rating system I have may differ from everyone, but most of girl I saw were average (blue uniform complete naked and do BJ and more). 3 times I went were around 11pm and yes they do allow you to change girl if you not satisfy with the one you have. (Last visit) I choose a red uniform and she was very nice looking but didn't offer BJ. Hahaha, the web address is still Wensha, the old name of the spa. the owner is too cheap to get a new web address, and that pretty much tells you about that place. Cheap, run-down, below average girls.

went in there once (when it was still Wensha) but for some reason at that time they were legit and got nothing but a high priced bath. I remember the place was even nastier than Ceasars (C could never win any interior design awards) and have never been back.

I have given up on doing those and stick with motel incall and freebies. There are very few FS barbarshops now in Taipei since the crackdown long time ago and the few surviving ones I know of has old, fat talent.
