Dubai Reports

In the interests of investigative journalism, and being in that part of town, I decided as report on the current status of the York was needed. It’s a long time since I was last there. – Troublesome78, You see the lengths we go to answer your questions!

The first thing that has changed was the need to dodge through the construction work to get to the entrance. I assume it’s related to the Metro project.

I think it would be fair to say the place has bounced back but not quite all the way. The Ethnic mix was much the same as it ever was PRC’s and Africans with a smaller group of CIS. However I did spot a couple of Filipinas, they were busy with a couple of guys.
