Extras appear to more limited at Seaview, but the website offers hotel visits (relaxation guaranteed!).
Found another Foot Spa, where you might end up in get more extras.

Hi,
Sea View Spa is good, but the price is steep. It has the same type of portions and a common bathroom but standards are much better compared to most spas.
It has a luxury room also, but I haven't tried it so cannot comment on it.
Also that's the spa where there is always a selection available and it has many choices available plus its open 24 hours.

First off, welcome to Sri Lanka. Most of the spas in Sri Lanka are exactly what you described. The service is pathetic. Everyone is looking to make a quick buck and you'd be walking out in disappointment. I find the best option is to book a girl and then have fun inside a hotel as opposed to going to spas.
