My observation:

I am suspicious with the dark haired lady sitting at the table of the male victims. 1/ Romanian locals all know the behavior of predators in Romania. If you go out with a Romanian woman or a Romanian man, this person will tell you if a danger is on the horizon. 2/ if you carefully watch you can see the dark haired woman encourages the men to drink right from the beginning in the video, when the two other girls are away.

I went out in Bucharest and I never saw such scam. To me, it looks like it was a setup by several people.

At 11 h11, the man who is filming asks the man to give his shot to the woman at the next table. So, it looks like she didn't try to approach them first.
