Went to L´uomo last evening. There were about 6 guys and 20 girls. Nice selection. Peter still makes the best caipirinhas in Rio. Greatly disappointed that the relax room has been taken out (well not exactly there are three chairs in a greatly reduced under construction area). Massages are now offered in Cabine 1.

Just a (honest) question. If you live in Rio, why do you go to Termas?
My experience is that the talent pool in Termas is not that great, even if higher than most escort sites. Furthermore, I find that Termas are more expensive than FKKs in Germany or good escorts in London. Finally, I find the Termas rooms a little depressing.
I can pull more beautiful girls by picking them up in social or professionnal settings. For example shop attendants or professionnal girls in businesses.
Is it just because sometimes you feel lazy and you are just looking for a quick shot? I am curious. Thanks for your answer.

What is nice about L'uomo even though it is getting less and less that way is what was portrayed in the US television series Cheers. It is a cool place to hang out even if you don't session. BTW, I do not live full-time in Rio, just spend a lot of time here.

ET - I indeed value your posts, the information. But these arguments and slagging off are just giving bandwidth to the very people you slate. I vote we all give it a rest. Anyone who wants to carry on can be ignored in less space than with an argument. Or if posts need to be reported, just report them and let Jackson decide. (ps no-one thank me, please! I have been on this board for about 5 years. Almost every day for the past 5 years there's been speculation that Help will shut down on this forum. I love Help, but I'm beginning to wish the damn thing would just shut down already to put us all out of this 'Help is going to shut down tomorrow' hell.

Have to admit it was pretty funny watching Macunaima trying to scribble notes in the dark. BTW, I was the nice guy who told your friend which way you went when she could not find you.
At the peak only about 200 people showed up for the event. They did broadcast the news on the big screen showing Help followed by pictures of the forthcoming museum. There were some TV cameras outside and a few interviews being conducted other than that it was pretty quiet.

Over the last few years it has went seriously down hill, alot off garotas from the local favelas had taken over and they would struggle to get a program a week in vm. Had some good times there, but all were a few years ago. It will be interesting to see where the women head to. I think balconey will see a large percentage. Atleast untill a new venue comes up.

This video clip actually was played inside Help (to some boos when the museum was shown) last night.
I will be in Rio in 10 days and it will be interesting to see how this changes the street scene in Rio. I did not go to Help personally (termas, agencies, independents and now focusing on making friends as I will be there more frequently) - but this will change the scene and dynamic in the area. A lot has been speculated here: will the termas get more crowded, will area bars get more packed, what will the streets look like. I will report here on what I see when there.
