I read the other day, when City of Dreams reopened, only about 10 customers showed up to gamble. Truly mind boggling, given the size of the complex!

For the time being, there are also severe restrictions being placed inside the casinos. All staff and all guests must wear face masks at all times. Staff have petitioned that guests are not served food and drinks so they don't take off their masks while eating. Right now most of the of the casino tables must remain closed, and the remaining ones are spread out to prevent crowding. And seats have been removed to keep distance between customers playing games.

I can't speak to any availability now or attitudes post corona, but before the world stopped spinning there were no problems with westerners in Macao anywhere. China probably more so than other asian countries is so capitalistic now that all that matters is "green" and never is that more true than in the las vegas of asia. Saunas have managers with all languages and they are desperated for business. Also, many girls can speak some english, especially the girls from Thai and vietnam.
