Sure GFE is not exactly a skill set. Its just that some girls are willing to have a good time (with the right customer) to some extent as well as make money. "Severe urgent economic problems" are usually the result of bad decisions. No one is "forced" into the business unless they are sold, which is a crime. Yes, I have met girls who have a good work ethic, but they are few and far between. Working in the sex industry is the easy way out. Always has been. They have choices. More and more each day. That is why the quality of gal has gone down so much.

Are we all the same, no of course not. Personally I wouldn't mind reading a forum where the girls discussed the Johns, the sessions they have and what makes up a great experience for them. I could be a mile off the mark but my guess would be in order of priority, generosity, hygiene, good manners and a sense of humor and no doubt if he looks half way decent while not that important definitely a bonus. From my experience though it's not about the 'quality' (for lack of a better word) of a monger, it's the lack of insanity of said monger.

I don't speak Thai (and have no interest in learning) so it's a little difficult to for me to really get into a Thai girls head in a one on one situation (and I never repeat so my access to her little brain is limited) but often when I take 2 girls LT, especially during daylight, and in the last few hours, worn down from booze, sex and other fun things, when I know I'm spent, getting bored and am sending them home in a couple of hours I'll get them to talk about their experiences.

And with 2 girls, each experience sparks one from the other so it's less scripted and more sincere.

Rarely do they speak about good times and good guys. They always, in my experience, focus on the bad times either for them or someone they know. I doubt bfe and pse even is a blip on their list of priorities. I doubt on the bus ride back from issan girls are thinking of a senoir citizen giving them multiple orgasms.
