First of all, they were closed down before for a reason they should have been closed down. And it wasn't because they had too many customers.

Note this is highlighted prominently on their opening page:

"FWFANS! For those aged 20 and over only. ".

Maybe that complainer disapproves of a shop or service being closed down for the reason they were closed down before. Avoid repeating that reason and they won't be closed down for it again.

Second, I don't recall exactly how their opening page looked before but if you look closely they are not calling themselves "Fiwfans", spelled exactly that way in every instance. See the quote I posted above. Although that page did come up as the 2nd result on an ordinary Google Search before I even finished typing "Fiwf".
