I guess I just have more respect for the Thai, as I came late to the scene and don't see them as subhumans I can pay to treat like shit for $15 USD. They are enterprising hookers trying to make money and the market rate is the market rate. An additional charge for not buying a drink is 100% reasonable. I would have just bought the girl a drink.

Some wanderings I made this week.
Soi 6 - per my live update yesterday, tons of girls yesterday around 3:30 pm. Oddly the later it got the fewer girls I saw. Possibly because they were busy or went for dinner. One of my regulars came back after 3 months. Made me happy to see her.
Kinnaree. It was Tuesday and I broke my golden rule never to go on a Monday or Tuesday because it's dead. What a complete waste of time. Could not have been more than 10-12 girls and they were iBar quality only. Same age group as the older iBar girls too. Not my type. Wasted an hour there thinking things may pick up but definitely didn't. Only decent girls there were 2 of 4 Kit Cat girls I know who came in with an obese Indian man. Even worse than the Tuesday lineup I looked around and no guys are getting HJ's or DFK from the girls which was a given 2 years ago. Too many tourists ruining Kinnaree. Reaffirms why I don't ever mention some of my go to bars.
Passion Jomtien. I think this is the current G club to go to. Don't expect gogo quality but at least they're younger and a couple were cute. Maybe 30 girls. Not sure why I chose my girl other than she said Hello, by sticking her tongue down my throat and hands up my shorts. Still didn't go to a room with her since I was waiting for a cute one who was being manhandled by an old Farang. Passion is how a G club should be. Will be back soon. Too bad it's such a pain to get to without a motorbike.
Club 4 - Very old and overweight staff. One bright spot is Ying who I met 2 years ago. Still young and better than average looking. Nice girl.
Carre Blanc. My favorite G girl is long gone from here but I keep going in hopes to find another like her. No luck. Girls are older here so I didn't stay.
M Club. Still dead.
007 - the best of the lot on Full Love Inn but I didn't visit Pirates this week. Talent is still down but I have a regular girl there who is absolutely wild.
Full Love Inn is really suffering. Complaints from all the girls I talked to on how dead it is. Hoping high season changes things. Sorry girls but Full Love Inn is not a usual destination for most tourists.

I was sitting with a bar beer girl I have known since she worked at a LK Metro gogo bar. Imo she can still work at a gogo bar since she's cute, fun, and under 25. However, she is very self conscious about her stretch marks which aren't even terrible. Anyways, while I was sitting with her the manager hands her salary to her. She said it was for the month of October. To my total shock her pay was under 4000 baht for drinks and salary. Is this right? Is this all those bar beer girls make? Or was there something lost in translation that this was pay for the week? I know gogo girls make at least 10k per 7-10 days if they meet their drink quota.

When girls were showing interest and ask questions about how much money they can make, management was saying that they can make around 40 K bahts per month. But it was not detailed how much was from fixed salary and drinks and how much from fucking with customers.

Many girls lose their entire monthly salary, due to poor attendance, so they don't live of it at all. Oom at Crazy House was one of my regulars. She hardly showed up. Got no salary I am sure. Needed to sell some drinks and fuck a few guys.
At most bars I am familiar with girls get paid drink commissions each night, it is not part of their monthly salary. Salary is to show up by a certain time and to dance in gogo bars. Fines for not selling a drinks minimum and not being BFed a minimum number of times.
Some girls are free lancers and only show up selected days, and get no monthly salary at all. They still sell drinks and get bar fined.
Not an expert on Pattaya's bars of course but I imagine the same principals can apply. The rules in each bar vary a lot though.
In Bangkok, Crazy House started out very successfully because they paid higher than normal monthly salaries, maybe 12 K (5 years ago). This allowed them to attract some very good looking girls and few uglies if any at the start. Unfortunately it did not last. They starting accepting any old girls and pay became less competitive.
Some bars like Suzie Wong had severe penalities for girls failing to meet a drinks sold quota. This means the girl might, in some cases be preferring help to reach her quota over cash tips. I know this sounds crazy as she could buy lady drinks herself. LOL There were ways to help. I would only buy lady drinks, and very little for myself. When no one was looking, I could switch glasses and help drink the lady drink, providing it was satisfactory. So order a lady drink that I could drink, could be tequilas, and order for myself, something she preferred to drink. So more lady drinks than customer drinks and I helped her to drink them, and she got closer to quota.
Was I fooled. I doubt it, since I offered her good cash tips instead but she preferred to sell more drinks, where her commission was less, but cut down her fines.
Girls that struggle to get barfined may have to live off monthly salary. Coyotes get paid more, but why? Some of them are crappy.
What girls end up making varies a hell of a lot. Best girl in Suzie Wong was Cambodian and very hard working. She could do several STs on a good night. Never late for work, sold good amounts of drinks so got a full salary as well. She could make 100K to 150K per month. Was using it to build a huge house back across the border. Eventually ran into the problem of not having a Thai Id card to allow her to work the bar. Police and govt crackdowns on foreign girls. Forced to take on a sponser/boyfriend.

I booked my flight to Thailand mid November and it's going to be my first time visiting Pattaya. I have some experience mongering in Tijuana but want to try something new and the current political situation isn't looking good in Mexico.
So the things I'm looking forward to trying are: Soi 6, Freelance Disco, Beach Road, and Soapies.
I don't want to spend over 3000 baht on a girl so I'm going to avoid gogo bars and limit soapies.
What I look for in a girl isn't much: early to mid 20's, performs well in bed, smells normal, not fat.
Also I want to get a full canvas suit made at Ama Fashion for around $300.
Are there any other activities that you recommend I should try or places to visit or just general advise?
I'll be sure to contribute to the forum by writing proper reports.
Oh also some small travel questions, will there be an issue finding a taxi to pattaya at the airport at midnight 1 am or should I book ahead using an online taxi service? I assume it would take about an less than an hour to go through customs and get a sim card because the lines would be shorter during midnight.

If she is still working after all the years she might be doing just fine do to the BF? I know a few Go Go Agencies or whatever call themselves these days make that in a week. Many take 10 day contracts don't make the quote and on payday with all the deductions might get 4-6000 baht.
