Guess I can do better in Colombia! What is a reasonable amount to pay for three days, any ideas? Keep in mind, the girl is a 10.

Even if they are prepagos, they are also students or work some jobs, or have kids to take care of, so a girl is not likely to be able to drop everything to just spend 3 days with some guy she doesn't know no matter what the damage. That is why you would have to pay a premium if it is even possible to do this 3 day thing, but in this case it seems to me such a girl willing and able to do this could very likely turn out to be a hard-core puta or cold fish and then you are stuck with her.
I am not a shill for the place but it sounds to me like Casa Blanca 2 in Medellin and Boyd could be your best bet as a place to stay where you could get oriented and have a fun 4 days as a newb. And simply and easily access some memorable hot GFE on demand with some very pretty and sweet girls who can speak at least some basic English.

Just because you saw her photo? Unfortunately more often than not a digital photo is better or rather much much better than the reality.
I cannot recall a single time when a girl's photo from a website / email would exactly correspond to what the girl is like in reality. In the best case she would be close, but not as good as on the picture and in the worst it would be a different girl.
This was everywhere South / North America, Europe. Even in Czech republic where upscale escorts tend not to scam, the picture on their website was still better than in reality = thought still beautiful, the girl looked taller and slimmer on her pic.

Instead of one girl for three days, Take a different girl each day. You will find plenty in LDV and Electra cheaper than $500 a day.

If ya like the beach atmosphere, obviously Cartagena is your place, and like JG said, LDV and Electra are your places.
You'll have fun.
In Medellin, if you stay at the Casa Blanca, you can get your hand held and meet plenty of chicas too.
Paying $1500 to one chica for 3 days, site unseen, NO WAY Kay!

There's also Frank Casio and his apt. W / rooms to rent in the Mayorista area of Medellin. He has access to a "large" chica-network, from what I understand.
Again, it's no Cartagena- which is a UNESCO world heritage site and a joy in and of itself.
But, as to your price-range: no Colombiana would even expect 500k COP per day!

Which is about 1. 5 times average monthly salary over there.
