If you do not want to fuck, just don't ask for a fuck. But you pay for time so do not expect to get a discount. There are massage places where you can get a hand job for less (usually a 10 min. Time limit) and some of these might offer french, but one never knows which or where. The massage parlours, if they offer it, do not advertise as such due to licensing considerations.
