So, spend a weekday night at Mirchi. The place starts by around 11 and picks up by 12. There are some good picks to be had. Saw a number of girls that looked interesting. From what I could gather, it's more of a group place. So you go in and get a table and call over the girls you want, get them shisha etc. The dance floor is really good by 1. 30 or so. 1. Buying an expensive table as many of these places are for reservation / table only. (Half of club blu is completely roped off just for tables)
2. Go with a WG who can magically point out other working girls there.
3. Yell over the insanely loud music and pray that they can hear you.

After a few days and several clubs, my assessment of mongering in Dubai is the following. Just my personal opinion.

- Arrive 10:30-11 pm to the meat markets, park yourself at the bar of RS or Czar because many women will walk past it on their way to the bathroom.

- Do not accept any offer over 1000 for an hour. They're either crazy, ripping you of, or don't like you and want to dissuade you from taking them. I've had model type women who never quoted above that amount, and that tells me it's the going rate. Just my opinion.

- Do not accept any offer to pay in the club. If they don't trust that you won't pay them at the hotel, they don't need to go with you.

- Be prepared for driving or taxis, the amount of time you spend on the road will be a lot.

- The clubs are very loud, not much you can do about that and it may affect your negotiating.

- Most of these clubs will have mediocre women, but it's that 1% that makes it all worth it.
