It fits what you are looking for. It is located 60 km from Rio de Janeiro and the population is close to 80,000.

I did in fact spell the name wrong. Has anyone engaged in the sport in this city? What are the "types" that one may find there. As we all know Brasil can be very diverse in the larger cities but in others you tend to encounter more people of European ancestry and other cities have more people of African ancestry. Rio for example is a combination of everything! I dont want to go to a rich community where I am perceived as being a foreigner who is just out to bag up their young innocent good intentioned daughters. Although thats what most of us are eh? LOL

I found a rental house I was thinking about renting for the Pan Am games this summer. The prices were great, but an hour cab ride everyday, or renting a car, depressing. Spent better part of a week in RP. Visited Baton Rouge, New Fantasy, and Reb's.
Baton Rouge had a very nice selection of ladies. Market was nuetral, as many birds as buyers. So there was no real incentive for the birds to negociate. Spoke with a couple of ladies that remembered me from November. Daniella asked why I had not called her, well sweety I just arrived and here we are. She is a tall blonde with man made tata's that are well done. Last time I saw her in November we went for the house minimum, R$200 for her R$75 for the room. Brenda was also there, she is a more petite blonde that is hot!! Both asked where my cigar was. They remembered that I was smoking a Cuban in November.
The next night I went to Reb's and saw my favorite lady, Elis. She reccommended that we go with Loreni who I saw with Renata last June. Loreni is 21 and very hot. We went for R$100 each and two shots on goal. About 2.5 hours of solid fun. I tried to find Loreni late in the week and failed. Like a idiot I did not ask for her number.
New Fantasy was also a fun time. There were 5 to 1 ladies versus men. Eventually settled on Melisa who is 20, med height, blonde and very hot. We went for two shots on goal for R$200 plus the room. She gave me her cell number and we spend 3 hours together on Sunday afternoon at my hotel.

SP 100%. If there was no hold barred. Money no opject. In town for one night. SP. You can go 24 hours, check out 20-30 different clubs/termas/houses, Hit as much as you want and end up with a nice allnighter.
Rio is cool but you choices are limited to a few spots. not as much choices. If its like 12:00am or later you got basically 2 spots. Helpy or Barbs, and if they are beat you are screwed.

i am wrapping up a week long stay here in maceió. in general, this is a fabulous place. i would not stay here for more than 4 days if your sole purpose is mongering. but if you are into beaches and/or are taking classes, you can´t beat this place...more time would be ideal to tap into the robust semi-pro and non-pro action here...
where to stay?
i would stay in pajucara (nice beach with the piscina natural, shops, barracas, and action).
pousada da orla (av. antonio goveira, r70) was great. nice computer with fast internet, ac, safe, real hot water, good sized rooms, and good cable.
hotel praia bonita (av. antonio goveira, r100) is nice but more expensive for same.
i would not recommend the places in off the beach, unless you´re on a tight budget. the big hotels in pajucara (enseada, solara, dover, ibis, pajucara) are all more expensive and located toward the end where the walker action is hot, but the beach and area is not as nice.
other options are apartments, but the ones i saw sucked and were not cheaper. if you want nicer digs for more money, stay in ponta verde, which is about a 10min walk from central pajucara. nicer beach and restaurants…but close enough from pajucara.
nightlife clubs
basically, every night has a spot that is the main spot. i didn’t go there every night, but when i did, it was jumping with pros, semi-pros, and non-pros!
--sunday: aquarella (ponta verde…ish)
--monday: orakula (jaragua)
--tuesday: lampião (jatiuca)
--wednesday: faculdade de forro (mangabeiras)…and reggae night (jaragua)
--thursday: boca velha (jacintinho) or mai kai (ponta verde)
--friday: lampiao, arena, orakulo, reggae night, mai kai …all suggested.
--saturday: same as friday
first, you must speak some portuguese to have any chance with the semi-pros and non-pros. second, some spots had super young girls…14-17yr old girls. stay away! ask if she´s a “menina de novo!” you can cab it everywhere for r12 from pajucara.
general quotes were r100 tln. reservation price seems to be r70 + transp (r10-20).
streetwalker scene
it is good and starts after dark…say 7pm. it goes generally from sortevia bali down to the end of pajucara beach (on the beach and the first two blocks in). girls walk, hang on corners, or at barracas. there are nice morenas and mulattas, but fewer lighter types…there are some trannies, but some are hard to tell to be honest!
avg rating: 5 – 8, with a few very hot ones trying to catch a date before hitting a club at night. beware of meninas de novo! some girls were definitely not 18.
avg. age: 18 – 24. pousada beija flor is r15/hr. and right behind pajucara hotel.
avg. price: r30 – r50 per hour. cheap!!! i was never quoted more and i never tried to negotiate. anal was a little more when available (again, with no negotiation).

around the palacio do governo, you can stroll areas where there are no cars allowed. pop into shops and check out babes. many college or working girls can be chatted with…set up a tour guide or dinner if you´re slick enough…
stip boites: rua melo morais (one block from palácio do governo):
its great for an afternoon beer, porn on the tvs, and 4 – 7 rated bunda for r20 – r50 (on-site or take-out). again, some gems there to catch a date before the night action!
some names: sabor da fruta and angah…there were 5 within one block of each other!
massage places: edifício breda (room 617) + other places in classifieds:

i´ve been to rio, sp, salvador, and now maceio. this place is great for chill access to plenty of cheap a$$. the city is safe and everything is accessible by cheap taxi.
if you´re a dirtball into young girls, nobody seemed to care here (unlike natal or fortaleza). club 209 is closed due to ****d action, but the cocktail club is open. dance clubs have plenty of young action. just stay away!
in maceio, you cant walk out your door at anytime in the day and easily find p*ssy. but if you stay in pajucara, meet a few streetwalkers, get the numbers, and you´ll access whenever you want! at night, you have no problem finding p*ssy.
