In my years living in Rio, L'Uomo terma was my favorite and I made some great connections there and other termas (Help was another great spot but also gone and never really replaced IMHO). One L'Uomo girl, best f#ck I ever had, we used to hang out a lot, outside the terma. She never asked for money but I gave her some anyway. We went to the movies, bars, restaurants. It is interesting to hear that they are closed on the weekend, especially as I (think) I'm only there Friday to Sunday. Are strip clubs similar in timing and pick up opportunity? Now I know about 1000 words of Portuguese but on my first trip I did not know one single word of Portuguese when I step foot on the plane.
