James, back in early 2000, I use to visit LA from Seattle every weekend, in Korean town, there were some awesome hotties for FS, I do wonder if still exist. Like many of you on the forum, I've tried just about every sources and then some. As I have mention to you about the local website, it is the playbook of all playbook in Taiwan, just kinda suck you have to invest the time and energy. Of coz someone like ABC boy have a highend taste with highend budget, but I'm more of looking for diamond in the rough type of guy and indulge myself once a while on highend gals.
For now, I have enough connection to get me by including the numbers I've gotten while I visit KTVs. As matter of fact, one of my friend is taking a girl out for dinner from One Floor One Phoenix tonight. Both of us is wondering what the outcome will be, and if he should pay for her time if they do end up in love motel. Honestly, we(ABC) got it made here, it is quite easy for us to score freebies in Tpe and don't require much time investment. One other thing, you want to avoid going to KTV on sunday since most of hotties are off that day. And it's the sunday I took few of them out for fun and etc.

My work puts me in the wrong hotel in "Taipei", instead of Sheraton in the city center like I told them, they put me in this pseudo-Sheraton in Chong-He City, "Taipei", what a joke.

Just wanted to ask some Taiwan experts here (I'm really only Taipei City proper expert), how much is it to take taxi ride into the Taipei City (say Chong-Shiao East Road, Sogo area) each time? Will it cost me an arm and a leg?

You are really out there - not sure what it will cost you by taxi but it is going to take you a lot of time to get in and out. You are nearly 10km from SanChong and nearly that far from Longshan - you know the distance from those places. I would guess you are $300 from most decent places.

They really put you out there, but could be worse.

I think it might cost you more than 300 per trip (may want to ask conceirge for better info) but you know that Zhong He has subway service that will take you straight into city center for about....25~35 NT. Definately something to consider if you want a quick run.

If you want a cab have the hotel give you some numbers for cab services (義交,巨意,台灣大車隊) they will give you minimum 90% off displayed rates and I think after 11PM they discount 80%.

Best bet is find a freebie and stay at her place for a couple of nights.

For goodness sakes. Its liek 150nt. 200nt. Not even that much. My office is right here. You will be fine.

Thanks guys about taxi, metro tips. I'm more worry about how to bring a KTV girl back to my hotel, and the cost it will take me to send them home. Can't ride the metro with KTV girl as they usually dress very provocatively when doing take out.

Logistics is half of getting trim. As you probably know, just about every hotel in Taiwan (except high end international chains) offers 2-3 hour "rest" for 800-1200NT. And for the "love hotel" this is most of their business. There are even "6 star" love hotel, and Japan style where your car pulls in and nobody can see you. Scope out (or ask taxi driver) some likely ones near your hunting grounds, then take a 100NT ride to it later with the girl. Save everyone some time.

I don't stay in shabby "rest" places. I only do WeGo (or other equivalent 6-star places) and those are $1500-$2000 NT per 2 hours. Anyway, if that then I rather spend the time and take them back to my hotel, and hang out near Chong-He. Must have a few hang-out places there.

Who knows, maybe I'll survey Chong-He and find some action.

A lot of the "shabby" rest places in Taiwan are at least as good as the Sheraton Chong-He and most probably provide better service.

Chong-He? You would need to walk nearly 100 meters in any direction to be able to find anything in most neighborhoods!

From where you are, it would be at least 300-400. In rush hour from the City Hall area to just a bit further than you are is $500. But, if you are planning to spend $20K per pop like usual, a $500 taxi is small change.

I see they didn't even put you in Yonghe, you're out in Jhonghe. Birds don't shit or die there. As far as I know the only action there is, they have a Costco. But maybe the taxi driver, or concierge, or this forum have some ideas. You're near an MRT stop or two like Jingan. Let us know how it pans out.
