I've learnt my lesson. Not a word of Spanish will be rolling off my lips for a long time. My next trips will be to Russia (10 days), Africa (1 month) & Asia (multiple months). Happiness! On that note, I'll say my goodbyes to the Medellin board. I'm sure most will say: "Good riddance!" :)

[b]Amsterdam[/b] Medellin list has it being open on Sundays but that was definitely not the case yesterday. It's inside C.C. El Cid and that place was locked up tighter than a nun's chastity belt.
[b]Latinas(Athenas)[/b] This place was on my go to list and as I was walking around some guy actually handed me one of their cards. Got there and the guy in charge said it was 2,000 COP to see the girls if I looked but did not take one. Had to pass on that spectacular deal. I figured if there was a charge if I didn't take a girl I probably wouldn't like anything on offer anyways. Too many other options for that nonsense.

* Forgot to mention the price at Alejas is 30K COP for 30 minutes. It is listed in the Medellin Guide as 40K COP for 30 minutes. If you just fork over the 40K COP I'm sure they won't complain but do that three times and you could have paid for another lay!
[b]Mayorista[/b] Actually made a swing through this area today before I hit the casas in Centro. Probably due to the time of day (12:30pm) there was nothing but gorditas on display. Needless to say I hoofed it out of there, hopped my happy ass back on the metro and headed to the casas above. I would try this place again at night but as I usually bust my daily nut in a Centro casa come night time I'm feeling rather too lazy to go anywhere.

Napalm, glad to see there are individuals who think the same as I. It truly is a surreal experience to be sexing a stunning beauty at discount price. If you like the casas then give Mayorista a few chances, after 10pm, preferably on a Thurs-Fri-Sat night. Stay at least 2-3 hours for best selection. True, 95% of the chicas will be passable, but of the 5%, wow, you'll be back in the heart of surreal. The DeGreiff street scene even more so with its abundance of odd characters. I love getting fucked up drunk (adds to the surreal) and wandering from bed to bed with the casa and street girls. These experiences are an adventurer's (and writer's) dream.

I love the Medellin casas, if I wasn't a 51 yr old fart (although I do my best to stay in good shape), and a 20 yr old stud (mind you, then I didn't have a pot to [url=http://isgprohibitedwords.info?CodeWord=CodeWord140][CodeWord140][/url] in), I would spend half my day in them. As it is, even with a Medellin 'novia', I still manage to escape out to one virtually every day during the day, when I am in Medellin, she always has her family to deal with, give me the opportunity to get away, and try a different Colombian flavour.
I think everybody is wrong not to pay the fee to see the girls. I've always thought the lineup was always worth an admission charge, and what it has the effect of doing is turning away a lot of prospective business. I would not know, of course, what the statistics would be of guys that refuse to pay and walk away, but, with the sheer number of casas in Medellin, it has to hurt business somewhat, and, if you are willing to pay, I have found the girls far more friendly (maybe only because they figure you have money, will get a better tip). But for the money, it is worth every peso, I mean, we are getting the full deal for $20, how can you beat that?
When I went to KamaSutra the first time, I got a little lost, it is in that shabby white building on the third floor, if I remember correctly, you have to go up a flight of stairs first, then hit the barred door, and ring the bell. A guy that looks a little like he got lost on the way to Woodstock answers, and lets you in. KS is certainly value for money, $40K, and I've always found at least 3 that were doable.
Living here in Western Canada sexhell, where there is absolutely nothing else to do but work, when I am in Medellin, I figure, who cares, have fun, I can always make money later to pay for it.

I was there for two nights... Why the fascination? First, I really didn't see any stunners. The ones that my friend and I thought looked good with clothes on ended up with tits sagging everywhere! Second, they're more expensive than casas.. Comparable to the lower end strip clubs.. I've read reports of guys going to Mayorista 7 days a week and some that only go there on their trips. I just don't get it. Am I missing something?

At Mayorista I was charged 25k + 12k for the room + 15k upsell for FS (negotiated from 25k) for ST. So I was charged 52k for FS. From reports I read, seems like guys are paying around 60k to bring them back.. So I wasn't too far off. If you think price is this issue, it can't be unless you've never been to a casa.
