The RLD at the Achterdam in Alkmaar is a (approximately) 40 minutes train ride from Amsterdam Central Station to Alkmaar Station, plus a 15 minute walk or a short bus ride.
The RLD at the Geleenstraat and Hunsestraat in The Hague is a (approximately) 50 minutes train ride from Amsterdam Central Station to The Hague Central Station, plus a 10 minute walk or a short tram ride.
Or alternatively you can travel to The Hague Hollands Spoor Station (The Hague HS), and walk from there. This walk is a bit shorter than from the Central Station.
