Bike-land is a motorcycle shop and Perekryostok is a grocery store. Both located on aforementioned Mozhaiskoe Shosse. This follows a pattern duplicated on just about any major "shosse" or "prospekt" (avenue) outside Moscow (Leningradskoe, Leninsky, Yaroslavskoe, Entusiastov, etc) as there will be a string of lookout girls on any one of these.

OK, Княжичи (Knyazhichi) is a new housing development on Ул. Говорова (Govorova), just off Mozhayskoye Shosse, last exit before MKAD. So it sounds as if there is a good-sized tochka there with girls you can take out overnight.

1) their security

2) business... going out means at least 3 hours away from work even for an hour of sex. 1 hour there, 1 hour sex, 1 hour back. Doesn't make economic sense.
