The recent reports suggest the PP is lost its night life? I have not been and continue to plan on a trip be there about 10 days. Most of my time in the past has been in Phil and Thailand. All the locations are changing and I am thinking that fun can still be had. I do some club activitiy and street and yes it is understood rates are no longer $10-20.
If it is true that the rates are no longer 10-20, then screw flying all the way over there. I can get full service 30+ min for 40.00 here in the states. The easy access, home sweet home, and no fucking criminals (including cops) to deal with. Sure I have to be careful, but if the rates have REALLY changed then adios PP.

Flying to PP or Cambo in general 4 sex - I could not see why unless time and money are no issue. If you come to see Cambo and hope 4 a bit of action on the side, that is a different reason.
4 sex only I would still prefer Thailand or perhaps the PI, but Cambo - certainly not.

Girls begging to be taken is not the problem - the problem is whether one will have a fairly good time.
I am also sure that all this is different if you live here longtime and have time to develop contacts, but for holidays ... :-(
This is all heresay bit it sounds good to me.
I think it was initially the Green Hotel. That's the one right next to Walkabout. It is now called the Blue Tongue. The California design lobby looks good. Flamingos' internet stopped working, so I went searching for wifi and discovered Blue Tongue.
I haven't seen the rooms yet, but wifi is solid.

I went to Sharky's searching for that one lady that I did not make connection on my last trip - waited 'til 10pm, she wasn't there. Btw, the place wasn't packed when I got there, but it got better after.
I then went to HOD. This must be low season, 'cause the place was half empty (or half full). My favorite lady bartender has been replaced - darn! I got some winks and a chubby chic tried to pick me up - no thanks. All-in-all nothing to write home about.
By midnight, I was really tired and retreated to Walkabout. Nothing caught my attention there either (which was expected), but then a young thing walked by. She was okay when compared to the rest of the talents. I made a proposal and was countered $25 for ST. No thanks. Went back to hotel and had a great sleep.
Today I will have an afternoon nap for sure. Need to stay up past midnight to get good pussy.

I would have counter offered normally, but was just too tired to negotiate.
Went to the genocide meseum to give my regards in the morning. Did some reading during the day. Went to the Central Market but got lost because part of it is under construction. Eventually found my favourite roadside cafe and had a steaming cup of espresso - I do not agree with the ice in PP. Went to my favourite dim sum place for lunch. Finished my day at the Walkabout. Played pool with one of the girls and got royally beaten up. Walked back to Flamingos for a $15 ST.
Had a nap and woke up at 10pm. Went to Sharky for supper. Darn! Ran into that chubby chick again! Yes, I'll meet you at the HOD later on... (next life may be). There were a couple of nice looking faces with appropriate bodies, but they were all taken.
Went to Rose bar. My main squeeze was already with someone, so I took her friend Anna instead. I did look around but failed to spot anyone interesting. The kitchener was already closed, so we went to Candy bar for food. I kept buying her drinks and got her half drunk. We retired to the hotel and slept through the night. She left at 7am. I gave her $30.

After reading many posts here, it seems to me nowadays in Phnom Penh, it's common/fair to pay 15$~20$ for ST (1~2 hours) and 25~30$ for a night. Is this correct?
