Sauna Reviews
https://asgam.com/2026/06/05/macaus-judiciary-police-bust-prostitution-ring-operating-under-guise-of-saunas-with-26-arrested-including-three-active-police/
The news article states: "two of the three saunas are said to be widely known in Macau, namely the One Sauna located inside the Landmark Macau hotel as well as the Darling Sauna".

This is very ominous news considering that they busted more than 1 sauna and what the Chinese Communist mainland government has already done to once great destinations like ChangPing and HKG. I was thinking of including Macau on my 1st trip back to SE Asia since covid. I miss the damn place and the girls, but now I just don't know, so keep us updated on any new developments.

Thanks,

A. H.
Fantastic review. A lot of us have been doing this for decades and forgot what it was like seeing this stuff for the first time.
This is not a very active forum. I do not come here very often. I posted a review in February. Not sure anybody even read it until today. But thank you for your comment.

I finished that review with comment that my next adventure was to an FKK. And somehow (I still cannot believe it sometimes) the Mrs let me go to Europe without her. The trip had a legitimate purpose but free in Europe I made sure that I made a few FKK pitstops (my first at this advanced age). So I visited Sharks in Darmstadt and Globe in Zurich. Both establishments have very active forums and multiple reviews. So I have not added my review.

I am home a month now and compare in my head the sauna vs FKK experience. I suspect that most mongers would chose to go to an FKK. At Sharks there were probably a hundred women there all walking around naked. But a significant number of them (maybe 20% in my opinion) were just not doable. Some were long past their prime and / or packing a few too many kilos. This was a bit of a turnoff for me. Fewer women were available at Globe but with fewer undesirables. But Globe is more costly. But overall both FKK's were cheaper than The One Sauna. From a facilities standpoint The One was far above Sharks and Sharks was better than Globe. Customer service at The One was top notch. No comparison to the FKK's where sometimes it bordered on the rude.

From my perspective the principal advantage of FKK was not necessarily cost (although I might feel different if I was a more frequent visitor) but that the girls all spoke enough English to have a conversation. And I cannot deny that is a big advantage for me. What I liked about the sauna was the customer service and the facilities. I really did miss being about to talk with the ladies during my sauna visit. But for me the real differentiator between the two experiences was just the quality of the women at the sauna. It is certainly true I have a preference for Asians. But even putting that aside the women at The One sauna were just outstanding. Each and every one. And I cannot get that first lineup out of my head. Even now I close my eyes and see those women standing in front of me and I think I must have died and gone to heaven. Nothing at the FKK's compares to that feeling. And so where would I want to go back to. Well I am planning another trip to Malaysia later this year and I hope I can work another long layover in Macau into the itinerary.
When I was there in the winter it was the same layout as before: exit the elevator and the girls are in the middle of the room in front of the 3 couches and prices for Thais / Viets was close to the entrance fees of the saunas. What's the process at Darling now if there is "no opportunities to see the women before partaking?
On google map, they are listed as closed together with 18 and a few others.

I visited Oase the next day and liked its garden, its much bigger than Shark and you can lie down on a very comfy bench outside naked, there are not a lot of customers from 5-7 pm and everybody was chilling minding their own business so you can enjoy the nice breeze and rest between the sessions with peace. That's the kind of experience I haven't had in other mongering scenes.
On google map, they are listed as closed together with 18 and a few others.
Looks like The One is now "Yu Sauna". Booking sites are listing it as a sauna on the third floor of Landmark hotel. They still list others (18, Oceania, MClub, Darling) as closed.

I've only gone to Darling in Macau and the women there were on another level compared to Nevada. And the revealing clothing made it easier to tell who had bad implants or carrying extra weight. In my experience in Nevada and Darling is that white women are generally the ones that have the "bolt on" implants. What are the women like at the FKKs?

What are the women like at the FKKs?
I visited Nevada brothels a few times back when I lived in LV in late 90's. I would agree that at that time at least the ladies (all American) were all a little bit on the heavy side. My recollection is that the ladies I saw were all natural. Surprisingly I had several very good experiences in the ranches. But my sexual stamina was much better back then.

In my more recent sauna visit I thought the lineup of women was just extraordinary. The fact that they were clothed did not detract from the visual display in my opinion. But I can not speak to what they all looked like after the clothes came off. I can only say the one lady I roomed with looked just fine naked. And I did not think I saw any lady in the lineup that I would not room with (cost aside). They were all incredible.

As far as FKK's I am hardly an expert with only two FKK visits under my belt. There are plenty of reviews in the FKK forums. At the FKK's they all parade around naked so a lot less guess work. There were plenty of choices to be had. Some had implants. Some were natural. You could find some super slim. Others had some more meat on the bones. Lots of different nationalities. You could find anything you want I expect. The only thing that really surprised me and maybe was a bit of a turnoff was that there was a minority (maybe 20%) that were clearly overweight and / or way past their prime. Of course, no obligation to room with this group. But still I got approached and felt obligated to engage in some polite conversation (I really do not like to be rude) before they moved on. I really wonder how they survive with so much better talent wondering around.

If you manage to find one who isn't obese or stretched out and covered in disgusting tattoos and piercings, she probably has rock hard bolt on implants and DIY lip injections. It's become really terrible.

The last time I checked in at a Nevada brothel I almost ran back out the door. The women were frightening. You would have to be one sexless guy to pay for that. Maybe someone who just got out of prison??

Macau was always higher standards, and just in general Asian women aren't fat as a rule nor do most of them destroy their bodies with ink and tattoos (with the exception of Thailand).

FKK you get a mix. Mostly you're getting Romanians and some other East Europeans. 10-15 years ago they were hot with natural bodies. Now at least half of them are shot up with all kinds of plastics and injections so they look like some sort of half-plastic barbie doll monstrosity. Sometimes not bad for sticking your dick into, but when you get close they are honestly rough.

You CAN still get some real hot ones though, and they walk around naked or in thongs so you see what you're going to get before you pay. For the prices, it's really hard to beat. You don't get that quality of woman anywhere else for the same ease and prices, especially since Macau prices shot through the roof.
