You will not have a problem in most of the 5 star hotels, as long as the girl is properly dressed, which most Budapest girls are anyway. Go for the Meridien or the Kempinski downtown. Book a double room though. No key cards in most of the lifts in Budapest hotels, unless you are staying on a "special" floor like club floor etc.
