Although I do think $10 is a bit on the high side for a simple HJ, it all depends on what she looks like and service rendered (like unlimited groping).
The standard action in PP on last visit is not the same as years ago. The $5 FS available were no stunners, many were out of shape or simple out of date.

In my own defense, I initially offered only $5 and held my ground until I caved-in for $10! She was cute and it was early afternoon, and I felt $22 for a two hour oil massage with happy ending was reasonable.
I have never gotten FS for $5, but I have only been here a couple of months.

I have a friend in PP who was able to get me a room for $26 a night. Regular it is $32 a night. I have never stayed there before, picked it because of the in room wifi. I have stayed at the Princess Hotel perviously. Okay rooms, but no internet in the rooms.

Happy Herb Pizza was the original "happy pizza" joint. After it became successful, numerous competitors opened up. There are several around the original.
Happy Herb Pizza (and its competitors) is near FCC. Tell your driver to go to FCC (most transport people will know where it is if you can pronounce it with the Khmer accent, or google phnom penh FCC). Then just cross the street, go north along the riverside, and you can't miss it.
Note that the ganja in Cambodia is horrible compared to the California standards. They even use the worst stuff on the pizza. At the Happy Herb Pizza, they will ask you "happy?" after you order. At other places, they might not ask. You have to tell them make it happy when you order.
As you walk around that area, there will be a lot of decent hotels for $30 or less. Also many nicer ones for more than $30.
What type of bars are you talking about. The FCC is one of the best if you want to hang around upscale tourists with expensive $3 beers with a fantastic view.
If you go north along the riverside for a few kilometers, you will have the 2 or 3 streets with hostess bars (104 St? 136 St?) that are perpendicular to the riverside.
All the bars in Phnom Penh is all close together. A few/several kilometers. A tuk-tuk will cost between $1 - $2 (if you negotiate and prepare to walk away) or between $3 - $5 (if you get gouged). At the riverside, it will be hard but not impossible to get it for $1.50; easy to get the tuk-tuk for $2.

Well, I haven't been to California in a few years, but the Happy stuff here sure beats the alternative: nothing!

the guys from the one in Snooky were growing their own - supplied stuff was 1 step short of worthless. they were using fresh INDIAN seed. you can get "extra happy" for for $1 more even in PP but I haven't ordered one lately
