Reduced number of LBs in Front of Nana Plaza and Nana Hotel Parking although late night they still dominate the scene.

Quality and quantity of WGs on Soi 3 and surrounding areas has improved. Some look dangerously young.

Rate still the same ST 1K and LT 2K to 3K.

Words 'Special Promotion' are in fashion. Many offered 'special promotion' 1K ST.

The only downside is the attitude which I feel as obedience rather than GFE.

In my opinion Street WGs score better than those in Beer Garden (although it's largely an issue of personal taste)

Some WGs are from Laos or Cambodia

Area between Soi 3 and Soi 5 is full of foreign WGs.

Most WGs in the street and Arab / Indian restaurants are from Uzbekistan, Iran, Afghanistan and Africa. A few from India and one as far as from Columbia.

Most Africans work informally in the make shift late night bars on Sukhumvit. Lady drink is usually 100 BHT.

Mostly Iranian and Afghan use Abaya (Cover their faces) to please their preferred clients. I noticed even local Thai WGs using Abaya.

Average weight is significantly higher. You can notice heavy weight WGs in Abaya after dark in front of Grace Hotel.

Going rate is ST 1500 and LT 3000. Although some of them may try their luck. The Columbian asked me ST 4K on the pretext that flight from South / Central America is more expensive. In general I find no correlation between higher price and their looks.

On the opposite side of Ali Baba you will notice an Arab night club (tinted glasses covering the front). Too many people asking you to go to Arab night club for Syrian WGs. The restaurant was lavishly furnished in Arab / Syrian style with red carpets and red sofas. Two Arab / Syrian girls singing but no clients. It appeared like a rip of bar in Istanbul. I didn't bother to stay there. However, next day (unfortunately last night) I was told by the Uzbek WG that it is a very nice bar and I should have stayed there. It is expensive but they do allow you to take Syrian girls out. The girls were very good looking although I understand they can only speak Arabic. I think some local punter can investigate further.

I wonder if Thaksin's failures to pay the rice farmers and the desperation that has created has motivated these girls to come to Bangkok and make a little money to send home. Aom, formerly of SOL is now at Rose Bar in Patpong. Called in last night and only Aom and an older girl we're working. No choice really. Aom was great! Rose Bar is very run down and a little sleazy, but service with a smile.

Sure socks are worn together with lederhosen, but that is typically very long socks.

I hardly wear socks in Bangkok at all, mainly sandals, as not attending posh nightclubs or upper class establishments often enough. Socks and shoes are for work and formal occasions. Your toes need good air supply to keep free of fungal infections. So don't wear socks for long periods and change them frequently if even slightly sweaty. If wearing socks, its important to have cotton and no synthetics in Bangkok.
