I staid at the Diplomat off and on for about 2 weeks in July of 2007. The place was defiantly girl friendly, I brought 4 different non-pro girls there and never had a problem.

I've been in Cebu since December, and all the places in my price range have beds that are way too soft or way too firm. I got used to it after a few days.

My experience with Taxi drivers in Cebu is that the ones waiting outside a hotel or girly bar are MUCH more likely to take the long way to wherever I'm going. I flag down a passing taxi with causes a real comotion among the waiting drivers and security guards.

Does anyone know of a good Florist located in Cebu City?

I am looking to send my Cebu GF some flowers but alot of the places I see online are these big Worldwide florists, and I am not sure of the quality or the delivery date.
